What makes this form work

Legal name is asked for a reason

The help text says it goes on the certificate. That one line prevents the most common enrolment correction there is.

Credit transfer sits next to the uploads

Asking whether somebody is claiming credit without asking for the transcript in the same breath guarantees a second round of email.

Learning support is asked without a penalty

The field says plainly that nothing here affects acceptance. Without that, the students who most need adjustments are the ones who leave it blank.

What goes on a course enrolment form?

Student details, the course and intake, prior qualifications, fee arrangements and a declaration. Add credit transfer and document uploads if you recognise prior learning, and a support question if you make adjustments.

How do I collect transcripts?

A file upload directly under the credit transfer question. This example accepts up to five PDFs or photos, which covers a transcript, a certificate and a statement of attainment.

Can students pay on the form?
