B2B video maker
Two findings from a professional network's own creative research shape everything about B2B video. A logo in the opening two seconds lifts click through by about a sixth. Human talent in that same window lifts it by around two fifths. And only about seven percent of the B2B ads analysed featured any human emotion at all.

Brand first, because most of the audience is not buying
At any moment the large majority of a category's buyers are out of market, so the job of most B2B video is a memory link rather than a click. That is the argument for the logo appearing immediately instead of at the end: the people who will buy in eighteen months need to associate the idea with you now. A brand colour field with a wordmark on it is an opener rather than a closer for this reason.
The lever this tool does not give you
Be honest about it. The strongest single choice in the platform's research is a subject matter expert talking to camera, with reported uplifts of about two fifths for an expert, over half for an executive, seventy percent for conference stage footage, a third for face to camera and two fifths for real people over staged. This tool has no camera and generates no presenter for a business video. If you can film one expert for thirty seconds, do that. Use this for everything around it.
The levers it does give you
Sound off legibility, which matters because around four fifths of professional feed video is watched muted and bulleted on-screen captions have been credited with substantially longer dwell. One message per video rather than three. A real number set large, which is what a stat or chart scene is built for. A contrarian claim rather than a safe one, worth about a fifth more engagement in the same research. And a call to action in the last few seconds with the brand still on screen.
Length, and the six second trap
Fifteen to thirty seconds for a feed or awareness placement. But the six second cut is the platform's weakest length, not its safest: brand films of thirty one to sixty seconds were reported to deliver around sixty percent more engagement than six second formats. The worst option is the two minute product film, too long to finish in a feed and too short to convert as a gated asset. Gate the deep dive, leave the category and thought leadership video ungated.
How it works, in three steps
Step 1
Put the brand in the first scene
Set a wordmark in the brand kit and let the opener carry it, rather than saving it for the closing scene.
Step 2
Pick one message
Product, culture and hiring in one sixty second cut means none of them is remembered and none of the footage can be re-cut for another channel.
Step 3
Lead with the number
On a professional feed the finding is the hook. A stat scene sets one figure huge and counts it up, and it will only use a figure you supply.

Limits worth knowing
- No filmed presenter and no generated business spokesperson. An expert on camera has to be uploaded as a clip.
- The 1:1 canvas the platform accepts is hidden from the pickers, so landscape is the practical choice for cross device reach there.
- Exports are MP4 at 30 frames a second, which sits right at the platform's stated frame rate ceiling.
- No claim checking. Comparative and superlative claims are written exactly as you supply them, and comparative advertising is the most challenged category.
Questions people ask
Landscape or vertical for a professional feed?
Landscape, because vertical only renders vertically on the mobile app above certain versions and desktop viewers are a real share of that audience. Square would also work but is not offered here.
Should the video be gated?
It depends on the job. A demand generation asset can end on a gated ask. Thought leadership and category video should end ungated, because gating the large majority who are not buying suppresses exactly the reach that kind of video exists to buy.
Do captions matter if the platform is sound off?
They are the whole video on a muted feed. Captions here are generated from the narration and burned in, and short bulleted on-screen copy has been credited with materially longer dwell than a wall of text.
Can we compare ourselves to a competitor?
Carefully. Comparative claims are the most challenged kind in industry self regulation, and a fast track process can resolve a challenge in weeks with referral to a regulator for non compliance. The comparison scene role here is instructed to keep the rival generic.

LinkedIn video maker
LinkedIn's own advice to advertisers is to think like a silent film director. Video autoplays with the sound off in the feed, the message has to land in the first ten seconds, and the platform reports that videos of 7 to 15 seconds see up to a 300 percent lift in completion rate.
AI promo video maker
A promo has a shape older than any of the tools that make one. Grab attention, show why it matters, prove it, ask for the click. The promo director here is built around that arc and is measured against it, which is why the output cuts rather than scrolls.
Nonprofit video maker
Charity video has a counterintuitive finding at its centre. A large number describing suffering suppresses the response rather than increasing it, while one identifiable named person increases it. So the cold open is a person, and the statistic waits until after the audience already cares.
