Presentations
Convert a PDF to a presentation
A report and a deck are different objects. The report argues in paragraphs and the deck asserts in headlines, so this is not a page for page conversion. The PDF is read for its content and the content is rebuilt as slides.
Convert a Word document to slides
Start with the awkward part. A .docx file is not an accepted attachment type, so the route runs through PDF. Once that is done the useful thing about a Word file, its heading hierarchy, is exactly what gives the deck its shape.
Make slides from screenshots
There are two different jobs hiding in this request, and mixing them up is why people are disappointed. Reading the words out of a screenshot is one job. Putting the screenshot itself on a slide is the other. They use different parts of the product.
Outline to slides
This is the case where you are not asking for ideas. The structure is settled, agreed or handed to you, and the only job left is design and wording. An outline pasted into the prompt box is treated as a specification rather than a suggestion.
Record a presentation
You present the deck exactly as you would live, and a recording is made of it: the slides, your narration, your camera in a corner, and any marks you draw. When you stop, you download the file. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is hosted.
Turn rough notes into a presentation
Notes are written for the person who took them. They skip subjects, use arrows instead of verbs and assume context that lives in your head. Turning them into slides is mostly a job of inferring the argument that the shorthand implies.

Edit a flyer image by rebuilding it
A flyer you only have as a photograph is a picture of text. Nothing in it can be selected, recoloured or reprinted at another size. The way out is not to trace it, it is to read the words out of the image and rebuild them into a design that is editable from the first click.

Print PDFs outlive the people who made them. When the artwork file is gone and only the export survives, the useful question is not whether a PDF can be rebuilt but how much of it comes back, and the answer depends on something most people would never guess: the PDF is read as pictures, not as text.

Convert a PDF to an editable document
The words in a PDF are already chosen, so this is not a rewrite. The job is to read the structure out of the file and rebuild it as blocks you can edit, restyle and export again.
Photo of a document to editable
A document that only exists on paper is a document nobody can update. A phone photo is enough to get the words back into something editable, and the whole job is making sure the words survive the trip.
Recreate an existing document
Every organisation has documents nobody can restyle because nobody has the original file. Rebuilding one gives you the same words in a form you own, and then the look is one click.
Scanned document to editable
A scan carries no text, only a picture of text, so everything depends on how good the picture is. This page is about the difference between a scan that rebuilds cleanly and one that costs you an afternoon.
Send a document for signature
A document written here already knows where the signatures go, because the signature block on the page is what becomes the signing field. There is no export, upload and drag step in between.

Convert a paper form into an online form
Attach a photo or a scan of the printed form you already use. What comes back is a web form with the same questions in the same order, which you can share on a link, collect answers from, and download again as a fillable PDF.
Convert a PDF form to an online form
A PDF that people print, fill in by hand and scan back is a form with three extra steps in it. Uploading that PDF gives you the same questions as a web form on a link, with the answers arriving as rows rather than images.
Convert a Word form to a web form
Most office forms are Word documents with a table of boxes and a row of underscores. Export that document to PDF, attach it, and the questions come back as real fields with the right types.
Photo of a form to a digital form
You do not need a scanner. A phone photo of a printed form is enough to rebuild it online, as long as the shot is flat, square on and evenly lit. This page is about getting that shot right, because it decides how much editing you do afterwards.
Scanned form to a digital form
A multi page scan is the hardest input and the most common one. The pages become sections, repeated blocks become a single table field, and scan quality decides how much of that lands right the first time.
Turn a list of questions into a form
If your form already exists as a list in a document, an email or a spreadsheet, you do not need to describe it. Paste the questions and each line becomes a field with a type, options where you listed them, and a required flag.

Screen recording to tutorial video
Be clear about what this is before you use it. You share your screen once, then press a button for each step and it snaps a still frame. There is no recording, no video file, and nothing is processed from footage afterwards. What you end up with is a set of PNG screenshots and a walkthrough built from them.
Text to video with voiceover
The interesting problem in turning text into a video is not writing the scenes. It is timing: a spoken line and a visual cut are two different clocks, and every text to video tool has to decide which one wins. Here the voice is treated as one continuous track and the picture is fitted around it.
Turn a document into a video
There is an honest thing to say up front. A document you attach here is not transcribed into the video. It is read and summarised into a short description plus a list of key points, and it is that summary the director works from when it plans scenes and writes the script.
Turn a one line idea into a video
A single sentence is a legitimate input, and it is worth knowing exactly how much is being invented on your behalf when you use one. The answer is: the arc, the scene roles, every word on screen, every spoken line, the voice, the tone and often the format as well.
Turn a PDF into a video
PDFs are read differently here from other files, and the difference is worth knowing. Rather than pulling out the text layer, every page is rendered to an image at roughly 200 dots per inch and looked at. A scan and a digitally exported file therefore go through exactly the same path.

If you already have an approved script, the default behaviour will annoy you. The promo director rewrites for pace, aiming at five to eight words a scene, because that is what fits a two and a half second cut. Getting your own wording through is possible, but it takes a deliberate second step.

Some are judged to be references you uploaded to explain the video rather than to appear in it, and those are read for their content and then deliberately kept off screen.

A listing photo set is a good half of a video ad and a bad whole one. The pictures answer what it looks like. An ad also has to answer why now, how much, and what to do next, and none of those three are anywhere in a photograph, so they have to come from you.

You have a folder of screenshots from documenting something, and they are already in roughly the right order. The work is deciding which of them deserves its own step, which are duplicates, which belong together, and what the narration says over each one.

A form response, signed
Somebody fills in your form. The answers are the agreement. What is missing is a signature on it, from them or from whoever has to approve it, and a copy that looks like a document rather than a row in a table.
Send an AI document for signing
The usual sequence is export to PDF, upload it somewhere else, then drag boxes over the printed lines and hope your aim was good. When the document was written here, the lines already know where they are.
Sign a PDF online yourself
Sometimes nobody else is involved. You have a PDF that needs your signature on it, and you want it back as a proper certified file rather than a photo of a scribble pasted into a page.
