Send a document for signature
A document written here already knows where the signatures go, because the signature block on the page is what becomes the signing field. There is no export, upload and drag step in between.
One party, one signer
Each party inside a signature block carries a name, an email and a signing order. Sending validates that every party has an email before anything goes out, which catches the mistake that otherwise surfaces as a half-sent agreement. The order decides who is invited first and who waits.
No field placement step
The usual e-signature workflow is export to PDF, upload it, then drag boxes onto the page hoping they land on the right lines. Here the block on the page carries the coordinates, so the signature and date positions come from the layout rather than from your aim. Change the document, and the fields move with it.
What the signer sees
An email with a link that is theirs alone, opening the document with only their own fields active. They sign, and the next person in the order is invited. You follow the state from your side rather than chasing people, and nobody can sign in somebody else’s place.
What comes back
A signed PDF, and a certificate of completion recording the events behind each signature. That certificate is the part that matters in a dispute, because it carries the evidence trail rather than just the marks on the page.
Get the document right before you send it
A signing request is hard to take back gracefully. Once it is out, correcting a typo means voiding it and asking everybody to sign again, which costs you more credibility than the typo did. Read the last page, check the party names against the agreement itself rather than against your memory, and confirm the signing order is the one the parties expect, because a junior signing before a director reads as carelessness.

Document with a signature block
An execution block is the part of an agreement people get wrong most often, usually by typing underscores. A signature block gives every party the same structure, and it is also what the signing flow reads to place its fields.
Electronic signature online
One envelope holds one PDF, the people who have to sign it, and the boxes each of them fills. That is the whole model. Everything else, the invitations, the identity checks, the stamping and the final certified file, follows from those three things.
