Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan has 100 credits a month, enough for about 3 AI projects, and no card is needed to start. It covers presentations, flyers, posters, forms, documents, videos, proposals and e-signatures.
What are credits?
Credits are the one balance every product draws from. Generating or editing with AI spends them, and so do some exports and builds. Each plan comes with a monthly amount, from 100 on Free to 7,500 on Pro+.
What does the Made with OneCraft watermark cover?
Exports made on the free plan carry a small Made with OneCraft line, and so do published forms. Paid plans export without it.
Which plan do I need for a website or a phone app?
Any plan builds them with credits, and the free plan previews them in the builder. Publishing a site online needs a paid plan: 3 sites on Starter, 10 on Pro, no cap above that. Starter includes 1 custom domain, Pro 5, and Pro+ and above have no cap. Each Expo app build uses 5 credits.
Do I need a paid plan to take card payments?
Yes. Proposals, invoices and online stores take card payments through Stripe Checkout into your own connected Stripe account, and connecting Stripe needs a paid plan. The platform fee is 2% on Starter, 1% on Pro and 0.5% on Pro+, with Stripe fees on top.
How do I change plans?
Sign in, open Settings, go to Billing and press Change plan. The apps also show an upgrade dialog when you reach a paid feature.
