Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and OneCraft when you use the service. OneCraft lets you make presentations, flyers, forms, documents and videos with AI, from one account. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your login secure.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to use OneCraft.

Your content

You own the content you create and the material you upload. You keep all rights to it. You give us the limited permission we need to store, process and display that content so we can run the service for you: for example, researching a topic, generating a design from your prompt, or serving a public share link you create.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use anything you upload, and that your content and prompts don't break the law or infringe someone else's rights.

Forms and responses

When you publish a form, you decide what to collect and are responsible for handling your respondents' data lawfully, including any consent you need. We store and process responses on your behalf. E-signatures captured through OneCraft are intended to be legally binding, but you are responsible for confirming they meet the requirements that apply to your use.

Acceptable use

Please don't use OneCraft to:

• Break the law or infringe others' intellectual property or privacy.
• Upload malware, or try to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service itself, or abuse AI generation to produce harmful, misleading or deceptive material.

Plans and payment

• OneCraft offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Current plans, prices and limits are shown on our pricing page.
• Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings, and access continues to the end of the paid period.
• AI features use tokens included with your plan. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Email hi@onecraft.app within 7 days of purchase. Any refund reflects how much of your plan you've already used (AI tokens, exports and other limits). Where the law gives you a refund right, that always applies.

AI-generated results

AI helps you produce a first draft that you then edit and finish. It may draw on public web sources, and results can contain mistakes or out-of-date facts, so review anything before you publish or rely on it. You're responsible for the final material you ship.

Availability

We work to keep OneCraft running well, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change or pause features over time.

Cancellation

You can stop using OneCraft and delete your account at any time from Settings: Security. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, OneCraft isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date above and let you know where appropriate. Continuing to use OneCraft means you accept the updated terms.
