Privacy Policy

OneCraft is one workspace for making presentations, flyers, forms, documents and videos with AI. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us at hi@onecraft.app.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email when you sign up, or the basic profile Google shares if you sign in with Google.
- Content you create: your presentations, flyers, forms, documents and videos, the prompts you write, and any files, images or brand assets you upload.
- Files you upload for AI: documents, PDFs and paper forms you send us to turn into a presentation, document or web form.
- Form responses: when you publish a form, we store the answers your respondents submit, which can include e-signatures, uploaded files, photos, video and ratings.
- Billing information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data: basic analytics about how the app is used, so we can fix problems and improve it.
How we use it
- To run the service: save your work, generate designs from your prompts, and let you export and share.
- To process payments and manage your subscription and plan limits.
- To send you essential account and service messages, and the alerts you turn on (for example, a new form response).
- To understand what's working and make the product better.
AI and how your content is processed
When you ask AI to create or edit something, we send what's needed to trusted providers to produce the result:
- Research: to draft a presentation on a topic, AI may search the web and read public pages so the result is grounded in real information. Your prompt drives those searches.
- Generation: your prompt, and any file you attach, is sent to our AI providers to write copy, design pages, generate images, or produce a voiceover.
- Extraction: a document or paper form you upload is processed (including OCR) so AI can rebuild it.
We use this content only to fulfil your request. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train third-party public models.
Sharing and public links
Some features let you publish: a public link to a presentation, an embedded or shared form, or an exported file you send on. Anything you make public this way can be seen by anyone who has the link, so only share what you intend to be visible. You can turn a public link off at any time.
Form responses and your role
When you build and publish a form, the responses belong to you: you decide what to ask and how the data is used. We store and process those responses on your behalf so you can view, export and act on them. You are responsible for handling your respondents' information lawfully.
Who we share it with
We only share data with the service providers that make OneCraft run, and only what they need:
- Cloud hosting and database: to store your account and content.
- AI and web-research providers: to generate your designs and research topics.
- Document extraction and voice services: to read uploads and produce voiceovers.
- Stripe: to process payments.
- Analytics: to measure usage.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Your choices
- You can edit or delete any piece of content from your dashboard at any time.
- You can delete all your content, or your entire account and its data, from Settings: Security.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to remove it, by emailing hi@onecraft.app.
Data retention
We keep your content and form responses for as long as your account is active. When you delete content or your account, it is removed from our systems, with short-lived backups clearing on their normal cycle.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to measure usage with analytics. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though signing in won't work without the essential ones.
Changes to this policy
If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email.
