Your prices stay your prices
Every price you type becomes a line item at exactly that price. Totals, tax and the deposit are worked out by the pricing table, not written by the AI.
Proposals and quotes
Write a proposal with an approach and timeline, or a short quote. 18 templates, 12 proposals and 6 quotes, cover trades, consulting, design, events and more.
Pricing the client can choose
Mark items optional or let the client change a quantity within limits. Add tax, discounts and a deposit as a percentage or a fixed amount.
Tracked links
Send to up to 5 people. Each gets their own link, and the activity page shows when it was opened and for how long.
Accept, sign and pay
The client accepts with their name and a drawn signature, or signs through e-sign with an emailed code. An acceptance certificate is added to the PDF.
Invoices with pay links
Accepting with a deposit issues a deposit invoice and a draft balance invoice. Invoices carry a pay link to Stripe Checkout, and the money goes to your connected Stripe account.
Reminders that send themselves
Set gentle, standard or firm reminders per invoice. An unpaid invoice turns overdue the day after its due date.

How it is priced
- Free: up to 3 proposals and 10 invoices.
- Starter: 25 proposals and 100 invoices, building from your own files, and card payments through Stripe with a 2% platform fee.
- Pro and above: unlimited proposals and invoices, with a 1% platform fee on Pro and 0.5% on Pro+.
- Each new proposal costs 1 credit, plus the AI use of writing it. Invoices created when a proposal is accepted do not count toward the cap.
Questions
Will the AI change the prices I give it?
No. Every price you give becomes a line item at exactly that price. The AI writes the descriptions around them, and totals, tax and the deposit are calculated by the pricing table.
Does it work for quotes as well as proposals?
Yes. The Proposal and Quote switch on the same screen changes the document kind and the templates offered. Both use the same pricing table, acceptance and invoicing.
Can it write a proposal from an old document?
Yes, on Starter and above. Attach up to 5 files of 10 MB each, such as a previous proposal, a client brief or a scope email, and use the description to say what is different this time.
Is the acceptance binding?
The click acceptance records the client name, a drawn signature and a consent statement, with the time, IP address, browser and a hash of the content. Whether a proposal forms a contract depends on its terms and the law that applies, so treat the drafted terms as a starting point, not legal advice.
Who holds the money?
You do. Card payments go through Stripe Checkout to your own connected Stripe account. Connecting Stripe needs a paid plan, and Stripe fees apply on top of the platform fee.
Can I bill a client every month?
There are no recurring invoices or subscriptions. A monthly fee is a line item with month as its unit, and each invoice is created and sent on its own.
