How to
Send a proposal and get paid
Write a proposal with AI, add a pricing table with optional extras and a deposit, send a private link, let the client accept and sign online, then collect the deposit through a pay link.

This guide walks through one proposal from the first sentence to the money in your account.
Proposals live next to your documents, forms and flyers. The same brand kit styles them, and the pricing, acceptance and invoices are built in, so there is no separate quoting tool and no copying numbers into a spreadsheet.
Describe the job
Open Proposals from the dashboard and choose New proposal. Pick a template for your trade if one fits, or start from the brief. Add the client, write a few lines about the work, and type your prices in plain words, for example “Website design $2,400, hosting $30 a month, logo refresh optional $400”. Prices you give are used exactly as written. Anything the AI suggests on top is marked optional, so the client decides.
Set the deposit (for example 30%) and how long the proposal stays valid, then click Generate proposal. You get a full document: about you, the client’s needs, scope, deliverables, timeline, the investment table, terms and an acceptance block.
Check the pricing table
In the builder, open the Pricing panel from the right rail. Each line has a quantity, unit price, tax and an optional switch. Optional lines show in the client’s view with a checkbox, and lines marked “quantity editable” let the client choose how many. The totals, deposit due now and balance update as you type. Everything you change here also updates the pricing table on the page.
Send the private link
Click Send. The client’s email is already there if you picked a client. Add a short message and send. Each recipient gets a private link. You can copy it as well. From now on the proposal is locked to the version you sent, and the Activity page shows every open, how long they looked, and when they accepted.
The client accepts
The client opens the link without creating an account. They see the proposal, tick the extras they want, and the total updates. When they click Accept, they type or draw a signature and confirm the acceptance sentence. You get a notification, you and the client are emailed the accepted PDF with its acceptance certificate, and the invoices are created: a deposit invoice right away and the balance invoice as a draft.
Get paid
The deposit invoice is emailed with a Pay now link. Card and wallet payments go through Stripe straight into your own Stripe account. Connect it once in Settings → Payments. Clients who prefer a bank transfer see your bank details on the same page, and you can mark the invoice paid yourself.
Open the Invoices tab to see what was paid this month, what is outstanding and what is overdue. An invoice you send gets reminders around its due date, and you can send one any time with Remind now. Invoices created at acceptance are emailed but stay Issued, so click Send on one to start its reminders.
