Bathroom renovation flyer with three package tiers
A bathroom renovation flyer has to replace "it depends" with a price range, a time frame and one person to deal with, because those are the three things that stop people starting. These three designs for Wrenwater Bathrooms, a fictional Melbourne builder, offer three fixed price tiers at $12,000, $18,000 and $26,000, a full renovation in 10 working days, and a named site lead.
The 3 designs
The same business laid out three ways, on three templates and three colour themes. Every price, name and time on these was written for this example, so you can judge the layouts on real content rather than placeholder text.

The three designs
The tiers design is the price sheet. A circle at the top holds the logo and "Three ways to renovate", three chips show the tier prices, three cards spell out what each tier includes, and the footer names the site lead with the registration number and phone. Use it after a measure and quote visit or as a letterbox drop in suburbs full of 1970s and 1980s homes. The portfolio design is photo led: a bathroom with a freestanding bath, a vanity, a walk in shower, the headline "Done in 10 working days" and two short paragraphs on the coordinator and the fixed price. It suits Instagram and a display stand at a home show. The schedule design is the explainer: one wide photo, "Ten working days" as the headline, a paragraph about the fixed price contract, and the three stage plan. Hand it to a customer who is comparing quotes and worried about how long they will be without a bathroom.
What this flyer must carry
A renovation flyer needs the price range and what it buys, the time frame, the contract terms, who manages the job, the registration that makes the business accountable and a way to book a measure. Wrenwater prints all six. In Victoria, building work that involves more than one trade and is worth more than $10,000 needs a major domestic building contract, and only a registered builder can enter one, so every tier here sits under that rule. Domestic building insurance is required on work over $20,000 from 1 July 2026, up from $16,000, which means the Rebuild tier carries it and Ready and Renew do not. The registration number on this flyer is fictional, DB-L 61842, written in the format Victorian registrations use. Prices include GST.
How to adapt this flyer
For an ensuite and powder room specialist, use the tiers design with smaller rooms and lower prices, and change the coordinator line to the number of days a toilet is out of use, because that is the question in a one bathroom home. For an accessible bathroom builder, use the schedule design and swap the stages for assessment, grab rails and a hobless shower, with a line about NDIS or aged care funding where it applies. For a laundry and bathroom package, use the portfolio design and replace one photo with a laundry, keeping the 10 working day promise if it still holds.
What makes these work
Three tiers with names and contents
The tiers design shows Ready $12,000, Renew $18,000 and Rebuild $26,000 as chips, then explains each: Ready keeps the layout and replaces the surfaces and fittings, Renew adds a frameless screen, niche, towel rail and wall hung vanity, Rebuild moves the plumbing and adds a freestanding bath. A reader can place their own bathroom in one tier before calling.
The schedule is shown day by day
The schedule design splits "Ten working days" into days 1 to 3 for strip out and rough in, days 4 to 7 for waterproofing to AS 3740 and tiling, and days 8 to 10 for fit off and a walk through. A ten day promise is easy to doubt; a plan that names the waterproofing cure shows how it is done.
A person, not a company, runs the job
The tiers design closes on "Your coordinator, Dana Whitlock, site lead" with the builder registration and phone beside her name. The portfolio design explains why: one coordinator books the plumber, waterproofer, tiler and electrician in order. Renovations go wrong between trades, so a single named contact is the strongest promise on the page.
Questions people ask
Do I need a contract for a bathroom renovation in Victoria?
If the work involves more than one trade and costs more than $10,000, Victoria requires a major domestic building contract, and only a registered builder can enter into one. Most full bathroom renovations meet both tests. The contract should state the price, the inclusions and the expected completion, which is why the tiers on this flyer are described as fixed price contracts.
When does a bathroom renovation need builder's warranty insurance?
In Victoria, domestic building insurance is required when the work is worth more than $20,000, a threshold that rose from $16,000 on 1 July 2026. The builder takes it out after the contract is signed. On this flyer only the $26,000 Rebuild tier passes the threshold, so check the current figure with Consumer Affairs Victoria before printing yours.
Should a renovation flyer show prices or ask people to call?
Show tiers. A full custom quote is still needed, but a range tells a reader whether they are in the right place before they spend time on a site visit. Three named tiers with their inclusions work better than one "from" price, because they let the reader place their own bathroom without guessing what the cheapest price leaves out.
Which sizes do these bathroom renovation designs come in?
All three are authored natively for every canvas size: A4 portrait and landscape, Instagram post and story, Facebook post, LinkedIn post, Facebook cover and Twitter header. Resizing uses the layout made for each size and carries your text and photos across, so one set of copy serves the letterbox flyer and the social posts.
How many photos should a bathroom renovation flyer use?
One strong finished photo is enough for a letterbox flyer; three works for a portfolio piece. The portfolio design has three photo slots for a bath, a vanity and a shower. Use photos of your own completed jobs where you can, and make sure the room in the photo matches the tier you are advertising.
Can I export the flyer as a PDF for a printer?
Yes. Export as PDF, PNG or JPG. The A4 page exports at 2480 by 3508 pixels, which is A4 at 300 DPI, and the PDF includes every page if the flyer has more than one. The PDF is made of page images, so the text cannot be selected or searched. There is no bleed or CMYK setting.

Solar installer flyer with system sizes, prices and payback
A solar installer flyer is read by people doing sums, so it has to give them the three numbers they need: the system size, the price after the rebate and roughly how long it takes to pay back. These three designs for Sunquill Solar, a fictional Canberra installer, lead with a 6.6 kW system from $4,990 and price two larger sizes beside it.
House painter flyer with interior and exterior prices
A house painter flyer is read by someone who has been putting the job off, so it has to make the price and the disruption feel smaller than they expected. These three designs for Wattlecoat Painting, a fictional five painter crew on the Sunshine Coast, lead with a three bedroom interior from $3,200 and explain how the booking runs.
Waterproofing flyer for leaking shower repair without retiling
A waterproofing flyer has to win against the homeowner's worst guess, which is that a leaking shower means ripping out every tile. These three designs for Quokkaseal Waterproofing, a fictional Perth business, lead with "Fix the leak, keep the tiles", a $690 starting price and a 10 year warranty, then explain how the repair is done.
