Massage therapy flyer with 30, 60 and 90 minute prices
A massage therapy flyer sells on price per length of session and on whether the visit can be claimed, so those two facts belong in the first place the eye lands. These three designs for Kneadwattle Remedial Massage, a fictional clinic on South Terrace in Fremantle WA, print remedial sessions at $65, $105 and $150 for 30, 60 and 90 minutes, health fund rebates on site, gift vouchers and 20% off a first 60 minute visit.
The 3 designs
The same business laid out three ways, on three templates and three colour themes. Every price, name and time on these was written for this example, so you can judge the layouts on real content rather than placeholder text.

The three designs
The first visit offer design has a hot stone massage photo at the top right, a "20%" badge, "Remedial, relaxation" as the headline, a trust strip for HICAPS, gift vouchers and online booking, and three cards for the three session lengths. It works on Instagram and as a counter flyer. The price list design is a seven row table with what each massage is for and its price, a GST note and a cancellation line, so it is the one to letterbox and to pin in gyms and physio waiting rooms. The treatment room design is the simplest: a large photo of a made up massage table with a rolled towel and candle, "Remedial and relaxation", a rebate line and one paragraph with every price. Use it for Facebook or a café noticeboard.
What this flyer must carry
Prices for each length including GST, whether a session can be claimed, any offer with its terms, how to book and where you are. Massage therapists are not registered with AHPRA, so the national health practitioner advertising guidelines do not apply in the way they do to physios, but the Australian Consumer Law does: prices must be accurate, a discount must be a real reduction from a price you normally charge, and claims about health benefits must be true. To give rebates, a therapist needs a provider number from each fund, which usually requires membership of a professional association such as Massage and Myotherapy Australia and a recognised qualification.
How to adapt this flyer
For a mobile massage business, replace the address with a service area and a travel fee row in the price list. For a clinic that adds myotherapy or dry needling, give it its own row with the qualification that allows it and its own price. For a gift voucher campaign before Christmas or Mother's Day, keep the treatment room design and change the headline to "Give an hour off", with voucher values of $65, $105 and $150 so they match a session exactly.
What makes these work
The discount is shown as a price, not only a percentage
The offer design prints a "FIRST VISIT 20% OFF 60 MIN" badge, and the body text and the price list both say what that means: $84 instead of $105. Twenty percent of $105 is $21, so the numbers reconcile, and a reader never has to do the sum to know what they will pay.
Rebate eligible and not eligible are separated
Health funds pay rebates on remedial massage from a recognised provider, not on relaxation massage. The price list says so in its subheadline and marks the relaxation row "no health fund rebate". Clients who claim remedial and then find a relaxation visit is not covered complain; this line prevents that conversation.
Three lengths, three cards
The offer design gives each length its own coloured card: "30 min, $65" for one area, "60 min, $105" for a full assessment, "90 min, $150" for athletes and long recovery. The card says what the time is for, which helps a first timer choose the right booking instead of defaulting to the cheapest.
Questions people ask
Can I claim remedial massage on my health fund?
Many extras policies cover remedial massage when it is given by a therapist the fund recognises, usually a member of a professional association with a provider number. Relaxation massage is not covered. The rebate depends on your level of cover, so a flyer should say "health fund rebates" rather than promise an amount. Kneadwattle prints that rebates depend on the client's cover.
Do massage prices on a flyer need to include GST?
Massage is not on the list of GST free health services, so a massage business registered for GST must charge it, and prices shown to consumers must include it. Print the total price, and add "prices include GST" once. That is what the price list design does above its table, which avoids anyone reading $105 as $105 plus tax.
How do I show a first visit discount honestly?
Base it on the price you actually charge, show the new price in dollars, and say who qualifies. "20% off" alone makes people calculate, and a percentage off an inflated price breaches consumer law. Kneadwattle's offer is one 60 minute remedial session for new clients: $84 instead of $105, printed on all three designs.
Where do massage flyers work best?
Next to the people who need you: gyms, running clubs, physio and chiro waiting rooms, hairdressers and café noticeboards. Letterbox drops work best within a few kilometres of the clinic. If you use Australia Post's unaddressed mail service, flyers are not delivered to letterboxes with a no junk mail sign, so count those out when you plan quantities.
Can I turn the price list into an Instagram Story?
Yes. The price list design has a native Instagram Story layout at 1080 by 1920 pixels, and the extra height suits a table. Switch the page size in the builder and the design swaps to the Story layout with your rows carried across. Check each row still fits on one line, and shorten the "what it is for" text if it wraps.

Vet clinic flyer with vaccination and desexing prices
A vet clinic flyer is usually picked up by a new pet owner who is about to spend money and wants to know how much, so the prices for the first year belong on it. These three designs for Murrayhound Vet Clinic, a fictional practice on Dean Street in Albury NSW, print puppy packages from $180, C5 vaccinations at $95, desexing priced by weight, a November dental offer and the after hours number.
Skin clinic flyer with a full body skin check offer
A skin clinic flyer turns a check people keep putting off into a booking by naming the price, the rebate and how long it takes. These three designs for Torrensbark Skin Clinic, a fictional practice in Unley, Adelaide SA, print a $120 full body skin check with the $87.10 Medicare rebate and $32.90 gap, mole mapping for $180, the usual two week wait, what to bring, and that the checks are done by GPs with further training in skin cancer medicine.
Yoga studio flyer with an intro offer and the class timetable
A yoga studio flyer has to get a beginner through the door once, so it needs a low first price, the timetable so they can see a class fits their week, and a reason to believe they will not be the only stiff person in the room. These three designs for Saltmat Yoga, a fictional studio on Market Street in Fremantle WA, print 30 days unlimited for $49, a seven day timetable, five class styles, a $28 casual class and a four week beginners course from Monday 2 November 2026.
