Vet clinic flyer with vaccination and desexing prices
A vet clinic flyer is usually picked up by a new pet owner who is about to spend money and wants to know how much, so the prices for the first year belong on it. These three designs for Murrayhound Vet Clinic, a fictional practice on Dean Street in Albury NSW, print puppy packages from $180, C5 vaccinations at $95, desexing priced by weight, a November dental offer and the after hours number.
The 3 designs
The same business laid out three ways, on three templates and three colour themes. Every price, name and time on these was written for this example, so you can judge the layouts on real content rather than placeholder text.

The three designs
The puppy package design has a tall photo down the left of a dog on a consulting table, "Puppies from $180", a panel for the $95 vaccination price, three icon lines for the two vaccinations, the microchip and desexing, and the after hours number at the bottom. Give it to breeders, puppy schools and pet shops. The price design is a green table of desexing and vaccination prices with a caption for the dental offer and a footer with the phone, website, address and after hours number. It is the letterbox flyer and the one for the waiting room. The new client design is warmer: "Dental month, 20% OFF" beside a new client checklist, a photo of a vet holding a small dog and a call button.
What this flyer must carry
Prices for the services new owners book first, what each price includes, any offer with its end date, the after hours arrangement and what it costs, how to book and the address. Vets in NSW are registered with the Veterinary Practitioners Board, and the Australian Consumer Law applies to every price and offer: a "was" price must be the price you normally charged, and an offer must run to the date you print. Prices shown to pet owners must include GST. For a puppy package in NSW, it helps to mention the microchip, because cats and dogs must be microchipped by 12 weeks of age or before sale, and registered on the NSW Pet Registry by 6 months.
How to adapt this flyer
For a cat only clinic, change the table to cat vaccinations, desexing, dental and senior blood tests, and use a quiet photo of a cat in a carrier. For a mixed rural practice, add a farm call fee and large animal rows to the table and move the puppy design to the vet's ute. For a clinic opening a new branch, keep the price design and put the opening date and the new address in the headline.
What makes these work
Desexing is priced by weight in a table
The price design lists four dog weight bands from $380 to $590, cat desexing at $180 and $260, and what every price includes: anaesthetic, pain relief and a 10 day check. Owners of a growing puppy can see the cost before the booking call, and the "what is included" column stops the question "is that everything?".
The dental offer adds up
The new client design prints "20% OFF" with "Scale and polish $280, was $350", and the table caption repeats it with the end date, 30 November 2026. Twenty percent of $350 is $70, so the numbers reconcile, and the offer has a real end date rather than an open ended sale.
After hours is impossible to miss
The puppy design gives the after hours number its own block in large type, with the hours it covers and "fees apply". The price design repeats it in the footer button. A pet owner with a sick dog at 11pm goes looking for exactly this number, and the flyer on the fridge has it.
Questions people ask
Should a vet flyer show desexing prices?
Yes. Desexing is one of the first big costs for a new owner, and people shop around for it. Show prices by weight band for dogs and by sex for cats, and list what is included, such as the anaesthetic, pain relief and the check after surgery. Add "from" only if the price can genuinely go up, and say why.
How should after hours care appear on the flyer?
Give the number its own space, say which hours it covers and that after hours fees apply. If your clinic refers to an emergency hospital after hours, print that hospital's name and number instead of yours. Murrayhound covers 6pm to 8am and weekends on its own after hours line, printed on all three designs.
What should a new client checklist include?
Vaccination records, the names and doses of any medicines, what the pet eats, and how to bring them in: dogs on a lead, cats in a carrier. Some clinics add a stool sample for puppies and kittens. A short checklist means a shorter, calmer first visit, and it shows owners the clinic is organised.
Can I run a dental month offer on a flyer?
Yes, as long as the normal price is real and the offer has dates. Print the offer price, the usual price and the end date, and describe what the dental includes so nobody expects extractions at the offer price. Murrayhound prints "$280, usually $350, booked by 30 November 2026" in its table caption.
Which design should go on Instagram?
The puppy package design. Its photo and "Puppies from $180" headline read well in a square, and it has a native Instagram Post layout at 1080 by 1080 pixels. The price table is better kept as an A4 print or a PDF on your website, where the rows stay large enough to read.

Massage therapy flyer with 30, 60 and 90 minute prices
A massage therapy flyer sells on price per length of session and on whether the visit can be claimed, so those two facts belong in the first place the eye lands. These three designs for Kneadwattle Remedial Massage, a fictional clinic on South Terrace in Fremantle WA, print remedial sessions at $65, $105 and $150 for 30, 60 and 90 minutes, health fund rebates on site, gift vouchers and 20% off a first 60 minute visit.
Hearing clinic flyer for free hearing checks and aid trials
A hearing clinic flyer is often read by the family of someone who is not hearing well, so it has to make the first step free and easy and make it clear nobody will be pushed into buying hearing aids. These three designs for Cochleaf Hearing, a fictional clinic on Ruthven Street in Toowoomba QLD, print a free 15 minute hearing check, a 30 day hearing aid trial with a full refund, the government Hearing Services Program for pensioners and veterans, tinnitus support, wax removal for $65 and home visits.
Medical centre flyer for a new practice and its bulk billing policy
A new medical centre flyer has to answer the two questions every household asks about a GP: can I get in, and will I pay anything. These three designs for Kingfern Medical Centre, a fictional new practice on East Street in Rockhampton QLD, say it is taking new patients and state the billing policy exactly: every GP consultation is bulk billed for patients with a valid Medicare card, and a standard visit is $95 without one. They also list the three GPs, the hours, on site pathology and online booking.
