Pilates flyer with a reformer intro pack and small classes

A pilates flyer sells two things at once, a cheap way to try reformer and a reason to stay, so it needs the intro price, the class size and what membership costs afterwards. These three designs for Springcarriage Pilates, a fictional reformer studio on Smith Street in Fitzroy, Melbourne, print 3 reformer classes for $60, eight beds a class, memberships at $199 a month or $65 a week, physio designed classes, and pregnancy and postnatal reformer.

The 3 designs

The same business laid out three ways, on three templates and three colour themes. Every price, name and time on these was written for this example, so you can judge the layouts on real content rather than placeholder text.

The three designs

The intro design is a deep purple layout with a photo of wooden reformers, "3 reformer classes for $60", the eight bed kicker, three steps for the first two weeks (book, learn, choose) and three info rows for class size, times and the studio. It is the Instagram and letterbox version. The classes design is warm brown with a photo of a reformer studio, "SMALL CLASSES, PHYSIO LED", three stats, an eight item class and price list, a "who it suits" panel and full contact details. Give it to physios, GPs and maternal health centres. The physio led design is a soft pink page with "3 reformer classes, $60", a paragraph on class planning, pregnancy and postnatal timing, a wide studio photo and three numbered points on beds, physio and memberships.

What this flyer must carry

The intro offer with its terms (new clients, use within 14 days), the class size, the prices that follow, the class types including pregnancy and postnatal timing, the address and how to book. Pilates instructors are not registered health practitioners, but a physiotherapist who designs or runs classes is, so any line that uses "physio" falls under AHPRA's advertising guidelines: no testimonials and no implied treatment results from group classes. Under the Australian Consumer Law an intro price must be available on the terms printed, and prices must include GST.

How to adapt this flyer

For a mat pilates studio, swap the reformer photo and change the class cap to suit the room, often 12 to 15. For a studio inside a physio clinic, separate clinical pilates, which may be rebated, from group classes, and price both. For a corporate offer, replace the intro pack with a workplace pack of 10 classes and a price per employee.

What makes these work

The class cap is a number

"Eight beds a class. Never more." is the kicker on the intro design, and "8 beds per class" is the first stat on the classes design. Small classes are why people pay more for one studio over another, and a number is more believable than "small group". It also explains why every spring change gets checked.

What happens after the intro is priced

The classes design lists casual at $32, 8 classes a month at $199 and unlimited at $65 a week alongside the $60 intro pack. People are wary of cheap trials that lead to an expensive membership, and showing the ongoing prices up front makes the intro offer feel honest.

Physio claims are kept to the physio

The flyers say classes are "designed by a physio" and that "clinical sessions with our physio can be claimed on extras cover". Group reformer classes are not physiotherapy, and only the clinical sessions run by the registered physiotherapist can be claimed, so the wording keeps the rebate claim where it belongs.

Questions people ask

How should a pilates studio word an intro pack?

State the number of classes, the price, who can use it and the time limit: "3 reformer classes for $60, new clients, use within 14 days". Add which classes are included if some, such as clinical sessions, are not. Printing the ongoing membership prices beside the offer stops it feeling like a trap.

Can a pilates studio say its classes are physio led?

Only if a physiotherapist actually designs or teaches them, and say which. "Designed by our physiotherapist" is different from "taught by a physiotherapist". Group classes are generally not claimable; clinical sessions with the physio may be. Physiotherapists must follow AHPRA's advertising guidelines, so keep the wording about the service, not outcomes.

What should the flyer say about pregnancy pilates?

When clients can start and what they need, such as "from 14 weeks with your doctor's or midwife's OK", and the same for postnatal classes, often from six weeks after birth with clearance. Give these classes a clear name on the timetable so pregnant clients know they are not joining a general class.

Which pilates design is made for Instagram Stories?

All three have a native Instagram Story layout at 1080 by 1920 pixels. The intro design works best, because the "3 reformer classes for $60" headline and the three steps stack naturally in a tall frame. Post it as a Story with a booking link sticker, and keep the A4 version for the studio window.

Should membership prices go on a flyer?

Yes, at least the main two. A reader deciding whether to try reformer wants to know if they can afford it every week. Springcarriage prints 8 classes a month at $199 and unlimited at $65 a week. If memberships need a minimum term or notice to cancel, say so in a short line.

Other flyer examples

Yoga studio flyer with an intro offer and the class timetable

A yoga studio flyer has to get a beginner through the door once, so it needs a low first price, the timetable so they can see a class fits their week, and a reason to believe they will not be the only stiff person in the room. These three designs for Saltmat Yoga, a fictional studio on Market Street in Fremantle WA, print 30 days unlimited for $49, a seven day timetable, five class styles, a $28 casual class and a four week beginners course from Monday 2 November 2026.

Dietitian flyer for meal plans, gut health and rebates

A dietitian flyer competes with free diet advice online, so it has to show what a qualified dietitian adds: a plan built around the reader's own health, a clear price and a rebate. These three designs for Plateridge Dietitians, a fictional practice in Brisbane City, print an initial consult at $160, reviews at $90, a 4 week plan for $340, the conditions the dietitians see, private health and Medicare rebates and telehealth.

Speech pathology flyer for families, with NDIS pricing

A speech pathology flyer is read by a parent who is not sure yet whether their child needs help, so it should make the first step small: no referral, a clear assessment price and the ages the practice sees. These three designs for Wordpelican Speech Pathology, a fictional practice in Hamilton, Newcastle NSW, print a $250 assessment with a written report, NDIS sessions at the $193.99 an hour price limit, school and preschool visits, telehealth and an age range of 18 months to 12 years.
