The short verdict
Nusii is the stronger choice for an agency that drafts from its own AI assistant, keeps a content library of proven sections, and wants proposal activity posted into HubSpot or Pipedrive. OneCraft is the stronger choice when the work after acceptance is the weak point: issuing the deposit and balance invoices, giving each a card payment page and reminding clients who have not paid.

Works from your AI assistant
Nusii's MCP connection lets Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot draft from your own template using call notes. If your notes and transcripts already live with an assistant, that is a shorter path than pasting them into a brief.
Hooks into the rest of the stack
CRM integrations post proposal activity back to HubSpot or Pipedrive, and an API, webhooks and Zapier connect the rest. OneCraft has none of these, so proposal data stays in OneCraft.
Follow up reminders for proposals
Nusii reminds you to chase a proposal at intervals you set. OneCraft reminds clients about unpaid invoices, but chasing an unanswered proposal is left to you and the activity page.

Invoices are part of the product
Acceptance creates the invoices: a deposit invoice due that day and a draft balance, or one invoice due in 14 days. Each has a number, a status from draft through paid or void, a PDF and a pay page with card payment and bank details.
Unpaid invoices get chased
Choose gentle, standard or firm per invoice. Firm reminds three days before the due date, on it, then two, five, nine and fourteen days after, never more than six times and never twice within twenty hours. Overdue invoices are tinted in the Invoices tab.
Edits by chat, with pricing confirmed
The chat editor rewrites text and handles seven pricing operations, from adding an item to setting the deposit or validity. Anything that changes what the client pays waits for Apply, and Undo reverses the whole turn, prices included.

Nusii brings AI in from outside: connect an assistant and ask it to draft from your template. OneCraft does the drafting itself. The brief takes the client, deliverables, price hints, currency, deposit, validity and tone, and on paid plans up to five files of 10 MB each. A web research step then reads the client's website or company name, and the AI writes the proposal around one pricing table. Neither approach is better in general; it depends on where your notes already live.
Where Nusii stops and OneCraft continues
Nusii takes a deposit or the full amount through Stripe when the client accepts. After that, invoicing happens in your accounting software. OneCraft continues: the balance invoice is a draft waiting for you, every issued invoice is emailed to the client with its pay link, and reminders follow the preset you chose. The Invoices tab sums what was paid this month, what is outstanding and what is overdue.
Languages
Nusii's interface supports 35 languages. OneCraft's interface is in English, but the generator writes the proposal in whichever language you choose, and an empty choice lets it match the brief. A Spanish speaking client can receive a proposal written in Spanish, while the buttons on the viewer remain in English.

Nusii's column quotes its home page, tour, integrations page, MCP page and pricing page as read on 13 October 2026. Who should stay with Nusii
Stay with Nusii if your assistant already drafts your proposals, if a CRM must receive every view and acceptance, if an API or webhooks connect your systems, or if a content library keeps your team consistent. OneCraft is for the business whose gap is between the signature and the money in the bank.
Questions people ask
Does OneCraft create invoices from an accepted proposal?
Yes, automatically. With a deposit set, acceptance issues a deposit invoice due that day and keeps a draft for the balance. Without one, it issues a single invoice due in 14 days. Every issued invoice is emailed to the person who accepted, and invoices made this way do not count toward the plan's invoice cap.
Can I draft OneCraft proposals from Claude or ChatGPT?
Not through a connection. OneCraft has no MCP server or public API for Proposals. The drafting happens in the OneCraft generator, which uses its own model and research step. You can paste notes from any assistant into the brief, up to 8,000 characters, and the AI builds the proposal from them.
What does the client see after accepting?
A success screen with a summary of the invoices created and a Pay now or Pay deposit now button when card payment is available. The PDF of the accepted version is available from the same link.
Can I write proposals in other languages?
Yes. Pick a language in the generator, or type any language name, and the AI writes all the client facing text in it. Leave it empty and it matches the topic. The OneCraft interface and the client viewer's buttons are in English, unlike Nusii, which offers 35 interface languages.
Does OneCraft post activity to a CRM?
No. There is no CRM connector and no webhook. Proposal activity, opens, viewing time, acceptance, payments and reminders, stays on the activity page and in the notification bell. If your sales process depends on HubSpot or Pipedrive deal records, Nusii's CRM integrations are the better fit.
Who receives the card payments?
You do. Payments run through Stripe Checkout on your own connected Stripe account as destination charges, so the money lands in your account, not with OneCraft. Connecting Stripe needs a paid plan, and the platform takes 2% of each payment on Starter, 1% on Pro and 0.5% on Pro+, with Stripe's fees on top.
