Business coach flyer with a 12 week program outline
A business coach flyer has to make a vague service concrete: how long it lasts, what happens each week, what it costs and what owners like the reader got from it. These three designs for Brolgaway Business Coaching, a fictional coach on the Gold Coast QLD, outline a 12 week program at $4,800, map the weekly sessions, name who it is for and show three client results, with a discovery call link.
The 3 designs
The same business laid out three ways, on three templates and three colour themes. Every price, name and time on these was written for this example, so you can judge the layouts on real content rather than placeholder text.

The three designs
The program design is warm and simple: a rust page with "Off the tools", a cafe table photo, the kicker "A business that runs without you, $4,800" and three phase columns for weeks 1 to 4, 5 to 8 and 9 to 12. It is the Instagram post and the flyer for a cafe noticeboard near trade supply stores. The weeks design is the detailed program, a blue and rose table of six blocks with the price and payment plan in a band above it. Send it as the PDF after a discovery call. The results design pairs "Runs without you in 12 weeks" with a street cafe photo, three numbered client results and a who, price and where row, then the discovery call button. Use it as a LinkedIn post or a flyer at a chamber of commerce breakfast.
What this flyer must carry
A coaching flyer needs the format (length and frequency of sessions), the price and payment options, the phases or outcomes, who it suits and the next step. Business coaching is unregulated in Australia, so there is no licence to print, which puts more weight on proof. Testimonials and results must be genuine and typical enough not to mislead under the Australian Consumer Law; keep the client's written permission and the numbers behind each claim. The three Brolgaway results on this page are fictional and shown only to model the format. Avoid income guarantees, and give the price including GST.
How to adapt this flyer
For a coach who works with tradies only, change the three results to a plumber, an electrician and a builder, and the phase columns to quoting, scheduling and hiring an apprentice. For a group program, keep the weeks design and add the session day and time, the venue and a seat cap, and lower the price per person. For a sales coach, swap the phases for prospecting, proposals and follow up, and make the results conversion rates rather than hours worked.
What makes these work
The program is a table of weeks
The weeks design lists six two week blocks with a focus and a "you finish with" column: a time log, a dashboard, written jobs, checklists, a trained second in charge and a planned break. Coaching usually sounds like conversation; a table makes it sound like a project with deliverables.
Results are specific and modest
A cafe owner's hours down from 62 to 40, an electrician's margin up from 31% to 42%, a salon owner's first two weeks off in six years. None is a revenue miracle, which is why they read as believable outcomes of 12 weeks.
It says who it is not for
"For owners with 3 to 20 staff" and "who work in the business more than 50 hours a week" filter the audience on the results design. A coach who names the right client gets fewer, better calls.
Questions people ask
Can a business coach use client testimonials on a flyer?
Yes, if they are real, the client agreed in writing, and the result is not presented as typical when it was exceptional. Name the measure and the time frame, such as hours worked over 12 weeks. Never write testimonials yourself or pay for them without saying so, which the ACCC treats as misleading.
Should a coaching flyer show the price?
Showing it saves both sides a call that goes nowhere. A coaching price without context feels high, so pair it with the length, the session count and a payment plan: $4,800 for 12 weekly sessions, or three payments of $1,600. That frames it as $400 a week, which an owner can weigh against their own hourly rate.
What is a discovery call and why put it on a flyer?
It is a free 20 to 30 minute call to see whether coaching suits the owner. On a flyer it lowers the commitment from "buy a program" to "have a chat", which is a far easier first step for someone who has never used a coach. Give it its own short link so you can count calls from the flyer.
Which design works best for Instagram?
The program design. Its two word headline and cafe photo read on a small screen, and the Instagram post layout is authored at 1080 by 1080 pixels with the phases arranged for the square. The weeks table is too detailed for a feed but works as a carousel slide or a PDF after the call.
Can I add a fourth phase to the program design?
The three phase columns are a fixed list of three in that design, so a fourth would need its own text box from Add items or a switch to the weeks design, whose table takes extra rows. Keeping three phases is usually clearer anyway, since a reader remembers three steps.

Marketing consultant flyer with a 90 day growth plan offer
A marketing consultant flyer has to prove the consultant thinks in numbers, because that is what the owner reading it has been missing. These three designs for Funnelwren Marketing Consulting, a fictional Melbourne VIC consultancy, sell an audit week at $1,650, a written 90 day plan and a retainer from $2,500 a month, with three case study figures and a plain list of what is not included.
Copywriter flyer for website copy and email packages
A copywriter flyer is a writing sample before it is an advertisement, so every line on it has to earn its place. These three designs for Kererupen Copy, a fictional copywriter in Auckland, price website pages at $450 plus GST each, a five email sequence at $1,200 and a tone of voice guide at $850, with two revision rounds and first drafts in five working days.
Financial planner flyer with a free first meeting
A financial planner flyer is asking for trust before it asks for money, so it leads with something free and backs it with a licence number. These three designs for Mulgafield Financial Planning, a fictional practice in Brisbane QLD, offer a complimentary one hour first meeting, a super and insurance review, a fee for service statement and the authorised representative and AFSL numbers a reader can check.
