Naturopath flyer example with the initial consult and testing
A naturopath flyer has to set expectations: how long the first consult is, what it costs, what comes after and how testing is handled, because cost surprises are what make people stop seeing a naturopath. These three designs for Rootmyrtle Naturopathy, a fictional clinic on Jonson Street in Byron Bay NSW, print a 75 minute initial consult for $165, 45 minute follow ups for $110, a note that functional testing is explained and costed first, the in house dispensary and ATMS membership.
The 3 designs
The same business laid out three ways, on three templates and three colour themes. Every price, name and time on these was written for this example, so you can judge the layouts on real content rather than placeholder text.

The three designs
The initial consult design is fresh green with a leaf mark, "Get to the cause" in very large type, a paragraph on what the first appointment covers, a wide photo of herb jars and tincture bottles on a shelf and three numbered steps for the initial consult, the follow up and testing. Use it for the clinic window and Instagram. The dispensary design has a photo of herbal tea and jars of dried flowers, a round "$165, 75 minutes" badge, three trust icons for ATMS membership, video consults and the dispensary, and three coloured cards for bringing results, the testing note and health funds. The approach design is earthy and typographic, with no photo: "GET TO THE CAUSE, NOT THE SYMPTOM", three columns for the initial consult, the follow up and the dispensary, a "how we work" paragraph and a quote panel.
What this flyer must carry
The length and price of the first consult and follow ups, whether video consults are offered, how testing and remedies are charged, your professional association, the address and a way to book. Naturopaths are not registered with AHPRA, but the Australian Consumer Law applies to every claim and price, and any herbal medicine or supplement you advertise is a therapeutic good covered by the TGA's advertising code, which bans claims about serious diseases without approval. Keep the flyer to the service, its price and how you work. Naturopathy is a GST free health service only when the practitioner is a member of a recognised professional association, which is one more reason to print ATMS membership.
How to adapt this flyer
For a naturopath who focuses on fertility or women's health, name the focus in the subtitle and add a line about working with the client's GP or fertility specialist. For a clinic in a health food shop, swap the photo for the shop counter and add the shop's hours. For a practitioner who mainly consults by video, make "Australia wide by video" the eyebrow and replace the address with the booking link.
What makes these work
Testing is a note, not a sales line
The consult design gives testing its own step, "Testing, only if useful: We explain any lab test and its cost before ordering. Lab fees go to the lab." Functional tests can cost more than the consult. Saying up front that they are optional and costed first builds the trust a first visit needs.
The rebate line is current and careful
Naturopathy was removed from private health insurance rebates in 2019 and funds were allowed to cover it again from 1 April 2026. The dispensary design says "Some funds pay naturopathy rebates again since 1 April 2026. Check your cover." It is accurate without promising a rebate the reader may not get.
Working with the GP is stated
The consult design says "We work alongside your GP, not instead of them", and the approach design repeats it. That line reassures new clients and their doctors, and it keeps the flyer away from the claims about replacing medical care that regulators act on.
Questions people ask
Can a naturopath advertise health fund rebates?
Only as far as they apply. Private health insurers were allowed to pay naturopathy rebates again from 1 April 2026, but each fund chooses whether to, and each has its own provider rules. Say some funds pay rebates and ask clients to check their cover, as Rootmyrtle does, rather than printing "health fund rebates" as if every fund pays.
What claims should a naturopath flyer avoid?
Claims to treat, cure or prevent serious diseases, claims that a remedy replaces medical treatment, and any testimonial that implies a result. The TGA advertising code limits what can be said about herbal medicines and supplements, and consumer law covers the rest. Describe what the consultation involves and what it costs, and let the practitioner discuss outcomes in person.
Should I list prices for remedies on the flyer?
Give a range or say that remedies are charged separately. A first consult price that hides a $90 dispensary bill feels misleading even when it is legal. Rootmyrtle says tinctures are made up in its own dispensary and that lab fees go to the lab, so new clients know there may be costs beyond the consult.
Why mention professional association membership?
It tells readers the practitioner meets an association's education and conduct standards, it is usually required for a health fund provider number, and it is what makes a naturopathy consultation GST free under the tax rules. ATMS is one of the larger associations; print whichever one you belong to, by name.
Can I add my own clinic photos to these designs?
Yes. Click any photo in the builder to upload your own: JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF up to 10 MB, once the flyer has been saved. The photo fills its frame and is cropped from the centre. Shelves of jars and tinctures photograph well; avoid labels with brand names that are not yours.

Skin clinic flyer with a full body skin check offer
A skin clinic flyer turns a check people keep putting off into a booking by naming the price, the rebate and how long it takes. These three designs for Torrensbark Skin Clinic, a fictional practice in Unley, Adelaide SA, print a $120 full body skin check with the $87.10 Medicare rebate and $32.90 gap, mole mapping for $180, the usual two week wait, what to bring, and that the checks are done by GPs with further training in skin cancer medicine.
Chiropractor flyer with a new patient offer and what to expect
A chiropractor flyer with a new patient offer has to say exactly what the offer buys, who it is for and what happens after, because a cheap first visit with no detail reads like the start of a long sales plan. These three designs for Kelpspine Chiropractic, a fictional clinic in North Hobart, Tasmania, print a $59 new patient exam (usually $95), the three parts of the first visit, $62 follow ups, evening hours and the AHPRA registration line.
Occupational therapy flyer for NDIS participants
An occupational therapy flyer for NDIS participants is read closely by people who manage a budget, a participant, a family member or a support coordinator, so it should state the hourly rate, how travel is charged and what the therapist actually does. These three designs for Ladlewise OT, a fictional practice on Crown Street in Wollongong NSW, print NDIS therapy at $193.99 an hour, travel at the $97 provider travel rate, a travel zone from Helensburgh to Kiama, home assessments, equipment prescription, and support for kids and adults.
