Graphic designer flyer with logo and brand packages
A graphic designer flyer has to look like good design and still answer the dull questions: what it costs, how long it takes, how many revisions and which files you get. These three designs for Inkhollow Design, a fictional studio in Portland, Oregon, sell a logo package at $1,200 in two weeks, a brand package at $2,800 and a launch package at $4,500, with the file formats and the revision rounds printed.
The 3 designs
The same business laid out three ways, on three templates and three colour themes. Every price, name and time on these was written for this example, so you can judge the layouts on real content rather than placeholder text.

The three designs
The chevron design is the loudest: a violet arrow carrying "LOGOS IN 2 WKS", a photo of logo sketches, and three tabs for the logo, brand and launch packages, each with a paragraph. It works as an Instagram post and as a poster at a print shop or maker market. The packages design is warmer, with organic blobs, "LOGO KIT $1,200" in heavy type, three columns of packages and a "What you get back" panel about files and copyright. Use it as the A4 leave behind after a coffee meeting. The process design shows how two weeks are spent, from Week 1 sketches to Day 14 files, with the booking link and the price of the bigger packages. Post it on LinkedIn for founders who want to know what working together feels like.
What this flyer must carry
A designer's flyer needs the packages and prices, the timeline, the revision limit, the deliverables and a way to book, and it should itself be well designed, since it is the first sample of the work. In the United States, a freelance designer owns the copyright in work they create unless it is assigned in writing or falls into the narrow work made for hire categories, so promising a written assignment is meaningful. Graphic design needs no state licence in Oregon, but you still register the business name, and Oregon has no general sales tax, which makes "the price is the price" a fair line. Do not show client logos you designed without permission, and never show work you did at an agency as if it were your own studio's.
How to adapt this flyer
For a designer who specialises in packaging, swap the logo package for a single product label and a line about print ready dielines, and use the chevron photo for a shelf of products. For an illustrator, change the packages to spot illustrations, editorial pieces and a commercial licence fee, since usage drives illustration prices. For a designer working through a summer slow season, keep the process design and add a booking window to the headline, such as "Logos booked in June, delivered by July".
What makes these work
Revisions are counted
Two revision rounds on the logo, three on the brand package, and a third logo round at $95 an hour agreed first. Unlimited revisions is the promise that ruins small studios; a number on the flyer sets the expectation before the first concept is shown.
The file list is in plain sight
AI, EPS, SVG, PNG and PDF appear on all three designs, with what each is for on the packages design: printers, web, social and "anyone who asks". Clients who have been left with only a JPEG of their own logo look for this line.
Ownership is stated
The packages design says copyright in the final artwork is assigned in writing when the last invoice is paid, and the process design repeats "the copyright is yours". In the United States a commissioned logo is not automatically owned by the client, so this is a real selling point.
Questions people ask
Who owns a logo a freelance designer creates?
In the United States the designer does, until it is transferred in a signed writing. A logo is rarely a work made for hire for a freelancer, because that category is narrow and needs a written agreement. Inkhollow promises a written copyright assignment on final payment, which is what most clients assume they are buying anyway.
How many revisions should a logo package include?
Two rounds is the most common answer, with a price for extra rounds. Fewer feels stingy and more invites endless changes. Define a round as one consolidated list of changes, not a stream of emails, and print the extra round price, as the packages design does at $95 an hour agreed first.
Should a designer flyer show a portfolio grid?
A few images are enough on paper; the portfolio lives online. The chevron design uses one photo of sketches, which says process rather than showing finished client logos that may need permission. If you have strong finished work, upload it into the photo slot, and send readers to a booking page where the full portfolio sits.
Which version suits Instagram?
The chevron design. Its bold arrow and short "LOGOS IN 2 WKS" headline hold up on a phone, and it has native Instagram post and story layouts at 1080 by 1080 and 1080 by 1920 pixels, so the tabs and photo are rearranged rather than shrunk. Put the booking link in your profile and the caption.
Can I export this flyer for a print shop in Portland?
Yes. The A4 page exports at 2480 by 3508 pixels, which is 300 DPI, as a PDF, PNG or JPG. A4 is slightly narrower and taller than US Letter, so ask the shop to print on A4 stock or scale to fit Letter with a small margin. The file is RGB with no bleed, so keep important text away from the edge.

IT support flyer with per user managed service pricing
An IT support flyer for small businesses sells predictability: one price per person, a promise about how fast someone answers, and the jobs that are included so nobody fears a surprise invoice. These three designs for Kowhaiwire IT, a fictional managed service provider in Auckland, price unlimited support at $89 per user a month plus GST, print a response time table and list backups, security, Microsoft 365 moves and 24/7 monitoring.
Videographer flyer for business videos, with package prices
A videographer flyer aimed at businesses has to turn a creative service into a purchase order: what you get, how long it takes and what you are allowed to do with the film. These three designs for Reelbark Films, a fictional Brisbane QLD video studio, offer a brand film in one shoot day across three packages from $2,200, a drone add on, delivery in 14 days and usage rights stated up front.
Marketing consultant flyer with a 90 day growth plan offer
A marketing consultant flyer has to prove the consultant thinks in numbers, because that is what the owner reading it has been missing. These three designs for Funnelwren Marketing Consulting, a fictional Melbourne VIC consultancy, sell an audit week at $1,650, a written 90 day plan and a retainer from $2,500 a month, with three case study figures and a plain list of what is not included.
