Videographer flyer for business videos, with package prices
A videographer flyer aimed at businesses has to turn a creative service into a purchase order: what you get, how long it takes and what you are allowed to do with the film. These three designs for Reelbark Films, a fictional Brisbane QLD video studio, offer a brand film in one shoot day across three packages from $2,200, a drone add on, delivery in 14 days and usage rights stated up front.
The 3 designs
The same business laid out three ways, on three templates and three colour themes. Every price, name and time on these was written for this example, so you can judge the layouts on real content rather than placeholder text.

The three designs
The packages design is the price sheet: a lavender header with "A brand film in one shoot day", then a deep purple panel listing Starter at $2,200, Standard at $3,900 and Premium at $6,500, a booking button and the contact row. Print it as the A4 leave behind after a pitch, or attach it as a PDF to a quote. The spotlight design is dramatic and sparse, a black stage with the stacked headline "Brand film in one day", a camera on a gimbal and three short facts: packages from $2,200, drone add on $450, delivered in 14 days. It suits an Instagram story or a poster at a co working space. The reel design is almost all photograph, a videographer framing a shot on a gimbal, with one line of price and the showreel address. Use it as a LinkedIn post for marketing managers.
What this flyer must carry
A business video flyer needs the packages with what each includes, the price, the delivery time, the licence the client gets to use the footage and the way to see past work. If drone shots are offered, the operator must meet CASA rules: commercial flying with a drone under 2 kg needs an operator accreditation, an aviation reference number and a registered drone, and heavier drones need a remote pilot licence and an operator certificate. Say "CASA compliant drone operator" only if that is true. Music licensing is another trap: a film with commercial music may not be cleared for paid ads, so state whether music is licensed for online and advertising use. Prices on an Australian flyer to businesses should include GST, and these do.
How to adapt this flyer
For a wedding videographer, swap the three packages for coverage hours and a highlight film length, change the delivery promise to the realistic 8 to 12 weeks, and drop usage rights in favour of a line about raw footage. For a studio that makes social content on retainer, replace the packages with a monthly plan, such as one shoot day for 12 short videos, and change the headline to "A month of content in one day". For a real estate videographer, use the reel design with a property walkthrough still and a per listing price.
What makes these work
Packages are defined by what is delivered
Each tier names its shoot time and its output: Starter is a half day and one 60 second film, Standard a full day, a 90 second film and three social cuts, Premium adds interviews and six cuts. A marketing manager can match a package to a campaign without a discovery call.
Usage rights are on the flyer
"Usage rights written into the quote" on the packages design and "Usage rights included" on the reel design answer the question that sinks many video jobs: can we use this in paid ads, and for how long. Raising it early signals a professional studio.
The showreel is the call to action
The spotlight design's button reads "See the showreel", and the other two print reelbark.example/reel. For a visual trade, the best next step is watching the work, so the flyer sends people there rather than straight to a sales call.
Questions people ask
Should a videographer flyer list prices or just say "contact us"?
List starting prices tied to clear deliverables. Business buyers often need a figure to get budget approval, and a flyer without prices pushes them to a competitor who shows them. Keep custom work as "quoted", but make sure at least one package can be bought exactly as printed, like the Starter film here.
Do I need a licence to offer drone footage on a flyer?
If you fly for business, yes, some form of approval. In Australia a drone under 2 kg flown commercially needs CASA operator accreditation, an aviation reference number and drone registration. Larger drones need a remote pilot licence and a remote operator certificate. Check your category with CASA before printing "drone add on".
What does "usage rights included" usually mean?
It should mean the client may use the finished film on its website, social channels and in paid ads, for as long as it likes, but spell it out in the quote. Some studios license footage for a set period or exclude broadcast television. Music is often the limit, since stock tracks have their own licence terms.
How long should a turnaround promise be?
Long enough to survive client feedback. Reelbark promises 14 days from the shoot for the first cut, which allows editing, colour and one revision round. If your revisions often stretch, promise the first cut date and quote revision rounds separately so the flyer stays honest.
Which of these designs works on LinkedIn?
The reel design. Its large photo and short line read well in a feed, and its LinkedIn post layout is authored at 1200 by 627 pixels, so the photo and price are rearranged for the wide frame rather than squeezed. The packages design is better as a PDF attachment after the post earns a reply.

Marketing consultant flyer with a 90 day growth plan offer
A marketing consultant flyer has to prove the consultant thinks in numbers, because that is what the owner reading it has been missing. These three designs for Funnelwren Marketing Consulting, a fictional Melbourne VIC consultancy, sell an audit week at $1,650, a written 90 day plan and a retainer from $2,500 a month, with three case study figures and a plain list of what is not included.
Copywriter flyer for website copy and email packages
A copywriter flyer is a writing sample before it is an advertisement, so every line on it has to earn its place. These three designs for Kererupen Copy, a fictional copywriter in Auckland, price website pages at $450 plus GST each, a five email sequence at $1,200 and a tone of voice guide at $850, with two revision rounds and first drafts in five working days.
Graphic designer flyer with logo and brand packages
A graphic designer flyer has to look like good design and still answer the dull questions: what it costs, how long it takes, how many revisions and which files you get. These three designs for Inkhollow Design, a fictional studio in Portland, Oregon, sell a logo package at $1,200 in two weeks, a brand package at $2,800 and a launch package at $4,500, with the file formats and the revision rounds printed.
