IT support flyer with per user managed service pricing
An IT support flyer for small businesses sells predictability: one price per person, a promise about how fast someone answers, and the jobs that are included so nobody fears a surprise invoice. These three designs for Kowhaiwire IT, a fictional managed service provider in Auckland, price unlimited support at $89 per user a month plus GST, print a response time table and list backups, security, Microsoft 365 moves and 24/7 monitoring.
The 3 designs
The same business laid out three ways, on three templates and three colour themes. Every price, name and time on these was written for this example, so you can judge the layouts on real content rather than placeholder text.

The three designs
The columns design is the friendliest: an orange and blue wave, the headline "Unlimited help from $89", a phone mockup showing a closed ticket for a printer fixed remotely in 14 minutes, and three columns for backups and security, the Microsoft 365 move and 24/7 monitoring. Use it as the A4 handout for business park letterboxes and as an Instagram post. The photo design is the most conventional, with a technician at a server rack, three cards for what the price covers, a stats band ($89, 5 days, 30 min) and a dark call to action about Microsoft 365. It suits a LinkedIn post for office managers and practice managers. The response design is the one to leave behind after a sales visit: the full response table, help desk hours and the NZBN at the top, so the buyer can file it with the proposal.
What this flyer must carry
A managed IT flyer should say who it is for (here, Auckland businesses with 5 to 50 staff), how it is priced, what is included and what is not, how fast urgent faults are answered and when the help desk is open. In New Zealand, prices to businesses are normally quoted excluding GST, but the Fair Trading Act still forbids misleading pricing, so say plainly that GST is extra and show the GST inclusive figure if any buyers are sole traders. Printing the NZBN lets a buyer confirm the company is real on the public register. Avoid naming competitor products or promising "100% uptime"; promise response, which you control, not outcomes, which you do not.
How to adapt this flyer
For a provider that serves medical practices, change the third column to patient record backups and the privacy obligations around them, and add the practice software you support. For a firm that sells only break fix support, replace the per user price with a call out fee and hourly rate, and turn the response table into an availability table by day of the week. For a campaign around end of support for an operating system, keep the photo design and change the call to action to "Old PCs going out of support?", with an upgrade price per machine.
What makes these work
The response promise is a table, not an adjective
The response design lists six rows from Critical, "Whole office cannot work", answered in 30 minutes, 24/7, down to a new starter laptop in 2 business days. "Fast support" means nothing to an office manager; a table they can hold the provider to means a great deal.
GST is shown both ways
Business buyers in New Zealand compare prices excluding GST, but the person who signs off may think in totals. The columns design and the table caption both say $89 plus GST is $102.35 including GST at 15%, so the number never changes between the flyer and the first invoice.
Included means included
Backups, antivirus and multi factor sign in are named inside the price on all three designs. Security add ons are where per user pricing usually grows, so stating them up front makes the $89 comparable with a rival's quote.
Questions people ask
Should an IT support flyer quote prices with or without GST in New Zealand?
For business buyers, excluding GST is normal, but say "+ GST" right beside the number so nobody is misled. Kowhaiwire prints $89 per user a month plus GST and repeats the inclusive figure, $102.35, in smaller type. If you also sell to sole traders or home offices, lead with the inclusive price, because consumers expect GST to be included.
What response times are realistic to print?
Only the ones you can meet on your worst week. A small provider with three technicians can usually promise 30 minutes on a whole office outage and next business day for a single user problem. Define "respond" on the flyer, as the table caption does, because answering the phone and fixing the fault are very different promises.
Is "unlimited support" a safe claim?
Only if the contract matches it. If there is a fair use limit, an exclusion for projects or a cap on on site visits, the flyer should not hide it under "unlimited". Kowhaiwire defines unlimited as calls, tickets and remote fixes during help desk hours, and treats migrations as named projects with their own price.
Which design works for a business park letterbox drop?
The columns design. Its headline and three columns read in a few seconds at A4, and the phone number sits in the footer badge. Business parks often have shared mail rooms, so address the drop to the office manager where you can, and check whether the centre manager allows flyers in common areas.
Can I add my own screenshots of the help desk?
Yes. Replace the small image inside the phone mockup or the server rack photo with your own upload, as a JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF up to 10 MB, once the flyer is saved. Images are cropped to fill their frame, so blur any client names or ticket details before uploading a real screenshot.

Architect flyer with a fixed fee concept stage
An architect flyer has to make the first step of a building project feel affordable and safe, because most people fear an open ended fee more than the build. These three designs for Dolerite and Line Architects, a fictional practice in Hobart TAS, offer concept design for $4,800 fixed, list the fee for each later stage, promise help with council approval and print the Board of Architects of Tasmania registration number.
Photographer flyer example with family, newborn and event rates
A photographer flyer is the one flyer where the picture does half the selling, but the prices and the turnaround do the other half. These three designs for Gullhaven Photography, a fictional studio in Wollongong NSW, show a family session at $350 with 20 edited images, a newborn session at $450, events at $220 an hour, a 10 day turnaround and optional print packages.
Law firm flyer for fixed fee conveyancing and wills
A law firm flyer works when it turns a frightening unknown, the legal bill, into a number printed beside the service. These three designs for Quillmere Legal, a fictional practice in Sydney NSW, put purchase conveyancing at $1,100 fixed, wills from $350 and a free 30 minute first consultation on the page, with the Law Society membership line where a careful reader looks for it.
