Web design agency flyer for a three person studio
A business owner comparing agencies on a flyer needs a price to know whether the conversation is worth having, so all three of these price the same three packages. They are for Pixelforge Studio, a fictional three person studio that builds sites for trades and cafes and hands these out at chamber of commerce breakfasts, and each carries one client result with a number in it.
The 3 designs
The same business laid out three ways, on three templates and three colour themes. Every price, name and time on these was written for this example, so you can judge the layouts on real content rather than placeholder text.

What each layout is doing
The cards design is the fullest brief: a brand header, a diagonally split hero with a photo, a 92 character pull quote across the page, three package cards with 100 character bodies, and a footer carrying the phone, the site and the deposit terms. It is the one to hand over at a networking event, because it survives being read on the train home. The hero design is louder and shorter, three lines of display type reading your site should ring the phone over the same three cards, and it is the version for a shop window or an A3 poster at a market. The features design is the most reassuring, leading on a fixed price and a four week build, then spending its three columns on price, ownership and training rather than on the packages themselves.
How to adapt these
For a freelancer, keep the features layout but replace the three packages with a day rate and a typical project range, since a solo builder competes on availability and directness rather than on tiers. For a marketing agency on retainers, change the three cards to three monthly retainers with the hours or deliverables each includes, and move the client result to the top, because retainer buyers are buying a track record. For an SEO offer, drop the build time entirely and put the reporting cadence in its place, and be careful about promising rankings, since that is the claim most likely to become a complaint.
What makes these work
The same three packages appear on all three designs
Starter $2,400 for five pages, Growth $4,800 with booking and quote forms, Shop $7,900 with payments and stock. Holding the offer constant is what makes the page a comparison of layouts rather than a comparison of deals, and it also shows what a package card can carry: a price, a page count and the one feature that separates it from the tier below.
Each design carries a result with a number
The cards and hero designs quote a plumber whose enquiries went from four a month to nineteen. The features design quotes a cafe whose online orders reached 30% of revenue in six months. A number in a quote is checkable and specific; "great to work with" is neither, and a reader who has met three agencies has heard it from all three.
Ownership and hosting are answered before they are asked
The features design gives "You own it" a whole feature: domain, hosting login, code and content are yours on day one and stay yours if you leave, with hosting and updates at $29 a month if you want them. Those are the two questions every small business has been burned on, and answering them on the flyer removes the reason to keep shopping.
Questions people ask
What goes on a web design flyer?
Packages with prices, a build time, one client result with a number, what the client owns at the end, and how to start. These three carry all five. What to leave off is your process diagram and your technology stack, because a cafe owner cannot evaluate either and both push the prices off the first screen.
Should an agency show prices?
On a flyer, yes. The alternative is an enquiry that starts with a discovery call about budget, which most small businesses will not book. Three tiers with real numbers let a reader self-select before they call, and the ones who call are the ones who can afford the tier they picked. Keep the number honest and name the deposit.
How do I show a result?
One client, one metric, one time period, quoted in their words. Enquiries from four a month to nineteen is better than a 375% increase, because the small numbers are believable and the big percentage is not. Get the client’s permission before you print their industry or their suburb, since either can identify them.
What size works at networking events?
A4 portrait to hand over, which is what these three are, and the Facebook Post size for whatever the chamber posts afterwards. Both are native for every design here, so you set the size on a new page and the matching version of the design is swapped in with your prices carried over by slot.
Do flyers work for agencies at all?
They work where the audience is in a room rather than online: chamber breakfasts, trade suppliers, co-working spaces and the counters of businesses you already build for. What they do not do is generate cold enquiries from a letterbox drop, because a website is a considered purchase and nobody buys one from the mail.
Can I export one design in all sizes at once?
No. Size is set per page, so the way to get a set is to add a page for each size you want, let the design swap to its native version at each one, then export. PNG and JPG give you the page you are on, one at a time; PDF exports every page in the flyer as one file.

Accounting services flyer for a suburban tax and bookkeeping practice
Somebody choosing an accountant from a flyer is choosing on two things, what it costs and whether the practice is legitimate, so each of these prints fixed prices and a registered tax agent number. They are for Ledger & Lane, a fictional three accountant practice above a bakery, and they cover the July to October tax season and the monthly work that follows it.
Dental clinic flyer for a family dental practice
A dental flyer that says call for a quote is read as a warning, so each of these three states a fixed price for a first visit and lists exactly what that visit includes. They are for Brightwater Dental, a fictional family practice that has opened a second chair and wants 200 new patients this year, and the offer is the same on all three: $149 for the exam, the clean and two x-rays.
Plumber flyer for a licensed local plumbing business
A plumber’s flyer is read at the moment something is leaking, so the reader is deciding whether to trust a stranger in the next ten minutes. These three are for Pipewright Plumbing, a fictional two van business that letterboxes 5,000 homes a quarter, and every one prints the licence number, the insurance cover and a call-out price rather than asking the reader to call for a quote.
