Cleaning service flyer
Three flyers for Bright & Co, one imaginary cleaning company working the inner north from Lygon Court in Brunswick. The services flyer goes in letterboxes and leads with the promise of the same two cleaners every visit. The priced guide goes to anyone who rings for a quote and prices four jobs, from $95 for a weekly clean of a two bedroom home to $340 for end of lease. The offer flyer runs until 30 September and gives new customers half price on their first weekly or fortnightly clean.
The 3 designs
The same business laid out three ways, on three templates and three colour themes. Every price, name and time on these was written for this example, so you can judge the layouts on real content rather than placeholder text.

What makes these work
Prices start with a number
From $95 for a weekly clean beats call for a quote, because a homeowner comparing three flyers on the kitchen bench rings the one that told them something. The priced guide gives four from prices, $95, $120, $340 and $260, and says what each one includes. A displayed price has to be the full price a customer will pay, which is why the guide says the quote only changes if you ask for something extra.
The same team, every visit
This is the single thing customers care most about and almost no cleaning flyer says it. On the services flyer it is the first line under the logo. On the offer flyer it heads the why people stay section, backed by three checkable claims: the cleaners are police checked, insured and paid above the Cleaning Award. A police check and an award rate are both things a customer can look up.
Clean teal, plenty of white
A cleaning flyer that looks cluttered undermines the product. The services flyer puts three short service blocks on white with a single teal band, the priced guide is four boxes and a phone number, and the offer flyer keeps its Half Price First Clean headline in its own panel with the three promises in a row underneath. The layout leaves space on purpose.
Questions people ask
Should a cleaning flyer show prices?
It helps, even as a from price. A reader comparing three flyers on the kitchen bench can rule a business in or out without ringing, and the calls that do come are from people who already accept the range. The priced guide here gives four from prices, $95 to $340, and says what each one covers. Any price shown has to be one a customer can actually pay.
What should I put in a letterbox drop?
The services flyer, because it names the area and the promise before anything else: the same two cleaners every visit, then weekly and fortnightly cleans, bond and end of lease, and small offices, with the phone number in its own block. Naming the area you already work in, here the inner north from an office in Brunswick, tells a reader you are not crossing town to reach them.
How do I make a version for Facebook?
Set the canvas size on the page to Facebook Post, which is 1200 by 630. All three designs here are authored natively at that size, so the wide version is swapped in and your text and photos carry over by slot rather than the A4 layout being stretched. Any styling you changed is kept per size. To post it, export PNG or JPG, which saves the page you are looking at; PDF saves every page at once.
Can I put a discount on the same flyer?
It reads better as its own flyer with an end date, like the third example here, which offers half price on the first weekly or fortnightly clean booked before 30 September. A discount printed on your main flyer with no end date soon reads as your normal price, and the services flyer keeps working long after the offer has closed.
What is the best size for a letterbox drop?
A4 portrait, which all three of these are, or A4 Landscape if your distributor prefers it. Both are native sizes for these designs. DL is not one of the eight canvas sizes, so a DL drop means printing A4 and having it trimmed, and there is no bleed in the export for a printer to trim into.
Should the same flyer go to houses and to offices?
No, and these three designs are the reason you do not have to. The services design suits a residential letterbox, the quote design suits a strata or office manager who wants a scope, and the promo design is the one for a shopping centre noticeboard. Same business, three different readers.

Salon price list flyer
A salon price list flyer shows the services clients book most, the full price of each and what that price includes, so nobody meets a surprise at the counter. These three examples do that for Marlow Studio, a hair salon open Tuesday to Saturday, cutting one price list three ways. The photo sheet sits at reception with four services on it, from a $45 bond treatment to $210 half head foils, under the line Every price includes the finish. The full table prices seven appointments by length, from 30 minutes at $48 to 150 minutes of balayage at $310, with prices held until 31 December 2026. The third sheet prices the same cut and finish at three stylist levels, $95, $125 and $165.
Vet clinic flyer with vaccination and desexing prices
A vet clinic flyer is usually picked up by a new pet owner who is about to spend money and wants to know how much, so the prices for the first year belong on it. These three designs for Murrayhound Vet Clinic, a fictional practice on Dean Street in Albury NSW, print puppy packages from $180, C5 vaccinations at $95, desexing priced by weight, a November dental offer and the after hours number.
Handyman flyer with an hourly rate and a job list
A handyman flyer is pinned to the fridge for the day the list of small jobs gets too long, so it has to make the cost of those jobs easy to predict. These three designs for Fixit Fergus Handyman, a fictional one van business in Auckland, print $75 an hour including GST, the one hour minimum and how long twelve common jobs usually take.
