Recruitment agency flyer for employers, with fee and guarantee
A recruitment agency flyer aimed at employers has to answer the two things a hiring manager fears: how much it costs and what happens if the hire leaves. These three designs for Benchmarra Recruitment, a fictional Sydney NSW agency for permanent roles, print a 15% fee plus GST, a shortlist within 5 days, a promise to place within 21 days or charge nothing, and a 6 month replacement guarantee.
The 3 designs
The same business laid out three ways, on three templates and three colour themes. Every price, name and time on these was written for this example, so you can judge the layouts on real content rather than placeholder text.

The three designs
The guarantee design is the sharpest: a diagonal blue layout with "Hired in 21 days" on a dark bar, an interview photo, a large "21" panel, two cards for sectors and the 6 month replacement, and a four line terms checklist. Hand it out at business chamber events and post it as the LinkedIn version. The process design is bolder and more personal, with "PLACED IN 21 DAYS" in red and navy, a paragraph on sectors and the fee, and three numbered steps from brief to accepted offer. It works as an A4 letterbox flyer for industrial estates and retail strips. The timeline design lays the 21 days out like an event schedule: Day 1 role brief, Day 5 shortlist, Day 8 interviews, Day 21 offer accepted, Month 6 guarantee ends. Use it as a leave behind after a client meeting.
What this flyer must carry
An employer facing flyer needs the type of roles filled, the fee and when it is payable, the guarantee and its limits, the speed of the process and a contact. In New South Wales there is no labour hire licensing scheme, unlike Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and the ACT, so a Sydney agency placing permanent staff has no state licence number to print. If you also supply temporary workers into those states, you need their licence and should print it. Membership of the industry body, the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association, is optional but shows the agency signs up to a code of conduct. Any guarantee must be honoured as printed, so match it to your terms of business word for word.
How to adapt this flyer
For a temp and contract agency in Queensland or Victoria, swap the fee line for an hourly margin, replace the replacement guarantee with a four hour fill time for shifts, and print the state labour hire licence number in the checklist. For an executive search firm, drop the 21 day promise, which is unrealistic at that level, and use the timeline design to show a 60 day search with stages. For a candidate facing flyer, flip the copy completely: roles you are hiring for, pay ranges and how to apply.
What makes these work
The fee is a percentage with its base named
"Fee 15% of base salary plus GST" appears in the checklist of the guarantee design and in the chips of the timeline design. Naming the base (first year base salary, not total package) stops the argument most agency invoices start, and printing it lets a manager budget before calling.
The guarantee has a clock on it
Both promises are dated: placed within 21 days or the fee is waived, and a free replacement if the hire leaves within 6 months. The timeline design ends at "Month 6, Guarantee ends", which makes the promise concrete instead of a vague "satisfaction guaranteed".
It says what the agency does not do
The guarantee design ends its terms with "Permanent roles only, no labour hire". An employer who needs temps learns it in a second, and the agency avoids enquiries it cannot serve.
Questions people ask
Does a recruitment agency in NSW need a licence to advertise?
Not for permanent placement. New South Wales has no labour hire licensing scheme, so a Sydney agency that only places permanent staff has no licence number to print. Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and the ACT do license labour hire, so an agency that supplies temporary workers into those states must hold their licences and should show them.
Should the fee go on a recruitment flyer for employers?
Yes, as a percentage with its base. "15% of first year base salary plus GST" is specific enough to budget with and leaves room for negotiation on hard to fill roles. Add when the fee is payable, such as on the start date, because that timing is what makes a contingency agency feel low risk.
How specific should a replacement guarantee be?
As specific as your terms of business: how long it lasts, what triggers it (the hire resigns or is dismissed for performance), and whether it is a free replacement or a partial refund. Benchmarra prints "free replacement if your hire leaves in 6 months". If there are exclusions, such as redundancy, put them in the terms and keep the flyer accurate.
Is it fine to use a stock interview photo?
Yes, as long as it does not pretend to show your consultants or a placed candidate. These designs use generic interview and meeting scenes. A photo of your real team is stronger once you have one; upload it into the photo slot and it is cropped to fill the frame.
Which version should go on LinkedIn?
The guarantee design. Its headline, the big "21" panel and the four terms read well as a LinkedIn post, which is authored at 1200 by 627 pixels with its own layout. Hiring managers scroll LinkedIn between meetings, so a post that shows the fee and the guarantee at a glance earns more replies than a vague "we are hiring partners".

Business coach flyer with a 12 week program outline
A business coach flyer has to make a vague service concrete: how long it lasts, what happens each week, what it costs and what owners like the reader got from it. These three designs for Brolgaway Business Coaching, a fictional coach on the Gold Coast QLD, outline a 12 week program at $4,800, map the weekly sessions, name who it is for and show three client results, with a discovery call link.
HR consultant flyer for contracts, policies and Fair Work help
An HR consultant flyer for small employers sells relief from a fear: getting a contract, an award or a dismissal wrong. These three designs for Karriward HR, a fictional consultancy in Perth WA, promise compliant contracts within a week at $385 a role, a twelve policy pack at $1,950, a Fair Work audit at $2,400 and an on call retainer at $440 a month, and they check first whether the business is in the national or the WA state system.
Marketing consultant flyer with a 90 day growth plan offer
A marketing consultant flyer has to prove the consultant thinks in numbers, because that is what the owner reading it has been missing. These three designs for Funnelwren Marketing Consulting, a fictional Melbourne VIC consultancy, sell an audit week at $1,650, a written 90 day plan and a retainer from $2,500 a month, with three case study figures and a plain list of what is not included.
