Skincare online store example with fragrance free options
Skincare shoppers with sensitive skin read labels before they read headlines. This example for an invented Adelaide brand puts a fragrance free variant on every face product, keeps the range to the three products most people need, and answers shelf life, patch testing and returns in the FAQ.

Sections on the home page
A split hero with dropper bottles on stone, the face collection in big photos, four icon cards on what the brand leaves out, the body collection in a scrolling strip, a short FAQ and a sign up card for refill reminders. The menu links straight to the face and body collection pages and the cart.
Writing your own claims
Skincare advertising is regulated, so keep claims to what the product is and does, not what it cures. This example says what is in each product and who it suits. If you sell cosmetics in Australia, list ingredients on the product page as well as on the label.
What makes this website work
Scent is an option, not a product
The cleanser, serum and moisturiser each have a Scent option with fragrance free as the first value. Reactive skin is the reason many buyers come, so the safe choice is the default rather than a separate listing to hunt for.
A small range, shown big
The daily three sit in the big photos layout, two per row, with the set at its saving. A brand with seven products gains nothing from a dense grid, and large photos of the bottles carry the clean look the brand sells.
Honest answers on returns and patch tests
The FAQ tells shoppers to patch test for 48 hours and offers a refund on one opened product. Skincare is a risky first purchase, and a clear rule on what happens if it does not suit removes the risk.
Questions people ask
How do I sell scented and unscented versions?
Give the product an option named Scent with values such as Fragrance free and Native mint. Each value becomes a variant with its own price, SKU and stock, and the product page shows a select. The grid shows one card per product with the lowest price as from.
Can I sell a bundle at a discount?
Make the bundle its own product with a compare-at price, as this example does with the daily three set at $124 against $139. The product card and page show the higher price struck through. Discount codes, for a percentage or a fixed amount, are set up separately in the store admin.
Can customers subscribe to refills?
There are no subscriptions or recurring orders in the store. This example uses a newsletter sign up for refill reminders instead, so regular customers hear when a new batch is bottled. Each order is a single Stripe Checkout payment with its own emailed receipt.
How are orders and customers managed?
Orders arrive in the store admin with views for to send, ready for pickup, fulfilled and refunded, and you mark them sent with tracking. Customers are grouped from paid orders by email with their order count and total. Refunds happen in your Stripe Express dashboard.
Should a skincare store list ingredients?
Yes. Cosmetics sold in Australia must list their ingredients, and shoppers with sensitive skin look for them before anything else. Put the full list in the product description under the short summary, as the product page shows the description in full below the buy box.

Art print online store example with a size guide

Plant shop online store example with local delivery
A plant shop has a problem other stores do not: its products are alive and travel badly. This example for an invented Brisbane nursery sells six easy care plants in two pot sizes, says plainly that plants are delivered only in South East Queensland, and ships pots and potting mix anywhere.
