Online store examples by product
Each example is a working store for an invented small brand, with six to nine products, sizes or options as variants, collections and a product page, shown at three widths. Prices are in Australian dollars, as the store charges in the connected Stripe account's currency.

What a product decides
The product shapes the store more than the brand does. Candles sell on scent and need words for smell. Skincare buyers read ingredients and want a fragrance free choice. Jewellery needs a metal option and a sizing answer. Plants are alive and need delivery rules. Tea needs a brewing guide, prints a size guide and dog treats an ingredient list. Each example below shows how its catalog is set up, which variants it uses and what the home page puts first.
How the stores work
Products have up to three options and 100 variants, each with its own price, compare-at price, SKU and stock. Publishing adds a page per product and per collection and a cart. Checkout is Stripe Checkout on the owner's connected account, stock is held for 35 minutes while a shopper pays, and the server prices every cart. Stores are a paid plan feature, and section built stores open from a store template rather than being written by the AI.
Starting your own
Pick the example closest to your product, start from a store template, then import your products by CSV from Shopify, WooCommerce, Square or a sheet, with a dry run before anything is saved.
What every store here has in common
Every store states its delivery terms near the products, describes each item in one or two specific lines rather than a paragraph of adjectives, and keeps the home page to five or six sections: a hero, a featured grid, a reason to buy from this maker, the rest of the range and a short FAQ. Shoppers who land on a product page from search still get the menu, the cart and a "You may also like" strip.

- Art print online store example with a size guide
Print buyers stall on one question: which size will fit my wall? This example for an invented Wollongong photographer answers it with a size guide in the middle of the home page, three plan style cards for A4, A3 and A2 with the price and dimensions, before the second collection of prints.
- Candle online store example with sizes and a gift box
Candles are bought on scent and gifted on presentation, so a candle shop has to describe smell in words and show the jar beautifully. This example for an invented Byron Bay maker sells four scents in two sizes, a diffuser, wax melts and a gift box, with care advice and free shipping over $90.
- Dog treat online store example with a treat guide
Dog owners buy treats on two worries: what is in them and whether they are safe for their dog. This example for an invented Mudgee maker answers both, single ingredient products named by what they are made of, and a guide to which treat suits which dog, with puppies and supervision covered.
- Jewellery online store example for a handmade studio
People buy handmade jewellery when they trust the metal and the fit. This example for an invented Fremantle studio offers each piece in sterling silver or gold vermeil, explains what vermeil means, gives a ring sizing method and promises one free resize, all before the checkout.
- Plant shop online store example with local delivery
A plant shop has a problem other stores do not: its products are alive and travel badly. This example for an invented Brisbane nursery sells six easy care plants in two pot sizes, says plainly that plants are delivered only in South East Queensland, and ships pots and potting mix anywhere.
- Skincare online store example with fragrance free options
Skincare shoppers with sensitive skin read labels before they read headlines. This example for an invented Adelaide brand puts a fragrance free variant on every face product, keeps the range to the three products most people need, and answers shelf life, patch testing and returns in the FAQ.
- Tea online store example with a brewing guide
Loose leaf tea is bought by people who care how it is made, and they want to know how to brew it. This example for an invented Collingwood tea merchant sells six teas in two pouch sizes across four collections and puts a brewing guide, with water temperature and steeping time, on the home page.
