Business research poster examples, in full
A business research poster has to show a manager and an academic the same result, so the finding goes up top in plain words and the method sits close enough to check it. Each board here is a whole A0 poster with its design, its sample and its numbers written out.

Six studies, six kinds of evidence
The marketing board is a choice experiment, fifteen hundred shoppers choosing between three packs eight times each. The finance board is an event study of share prices around dividend cuts, with the returns split into windows before and after the announcement. The hospitality board asks whether replying to reviews changes the next rating, across 9,800 reviews of 120 hotels. The supply chain board simulates three inventory policies over five years of daily demand and prices the stockouts each one avoids. The human resources board links a ten item onboarding checklist to retention after twelve months and names the item that mattered most. The entrepreneurship board compares business survival for grant recipients and a matched group, sector by sector.
How the numbers are carried
Every figure on these boards reconciles: group sizes add up, percentages match their counts and a stated gap can be recomputed from the table beside it. A results block usually holds one chart and one key number, so the finding a reader should leave with is the large number, and the chart shows the comparison behind it. The chart type belongs to the design, so a design built around bars draws bars even where a line was planned, and several boards group their categories so the legend sits clear of the axis labels. Reference blocks hold three or four entries, so each board cites the few sources that carry its claim.
Choosing a board for your study
Choose a design by the blocks your study needs rather than by its look at thumbnail size: a table for a regression or a sector split, a flow block for a sample that narrows, a stat ribbon for three or four headline numbers. Four boards are landscape and two are portrait. One is Australian. Every institution, author and dataset is invented, so borrow the order and the density and bring your own results.

- Entrepreneurship research poster example
An entrepreneurship research poster about a grant programme has to answer one question: did the funded firms do better than similar firms without the money. This Australian A0 landscape board follows 820 grant funded and 820 matched unfunded startups for three years: 71% of funded firms were still trading against 58%.
- Finance research poster example
A finance research poster built on an event study leads with its table, because that is where the result lives. This A0 landscape board measures the share price reaction to 640 dividend cuts over ten years: the three day abnormal return falls from 1.1% for small cuts to 6.8% for cuts over half.
- Hospitality research poster example
A hospitality research poster works best when its title is the question a manager would ask. This A0 portrait board asks whether replying to reviews changes the next rating, and answers it with 9,800 public reviews across 120 hotels: hotels replying to more than 75% of reviews gained 0.4 stars.
- Human resources research poster example
A human resources research poster should turn HR records into something a manager can act on. This A0 portrait board links a ten item onboarding checklist to 12 month retention for 1,140 hires across nine sites: 81% stayed with full onboarding against 68% without, and a 30 day check in was the strongest single item.
- Marketing research poster example
A marketing research poster should show what buyers did, not what they said they liked. This A0 landscape board reports an online choice experiment: 1,500 respondents, 8 choice sets each, 12,000 choices between three granola pack designs. The clear window carton won 44% of choices and carries a $1.10 premium.
- Supply chain research poster example
A supply chain research poster has to show a trade off, because every policy that cuts stockouts holds more stock. This A0 landscape board simulates three reorder policies for 400 SKUs over five years of daily demand: policy B cuts stockout days by 44% for 12% more holding cost, and policy C costs nine times as much per extra day saved.
Build a poster from your own study
Paste what your study did and found, pick A0 portrait or landscape, and the generator writes every section and fills the charts and the participant flow from your numbers.
Make a posterStep by step in the builder: pick an A0 board and a theme, then fill the chart and table blocks. For everything the generator can do, see the poster maker.
