• One prompt, four kinds of output

  Gamma generates presentations, documents, websites, social media posts and graphics from the same prompt box, per its own homepage. OneCraft splits those jobs across separate generators. If your deck is one face of a web page you also need, Gamma collapses the work.

• It imports what you already have

  PDF and PPTX import are listed on Gamma's free plan, so an existing deck can be pulled in and reworked. OneCraft has no PPTX import at all, and its PDF conversion reads text only. Teams sitting on a folder of old decks will feel this immediately.

• Real time collaboration

  Collaborate real time with your team is on Gamma's homepage. A OneCraft deck has one editor at a time and a read only share link, so co-writing a deck live is simply not something OneCraft does.

Where Beautiful.ai is better

• Layouts that police themselves while you edit

  Smart Slides realign, resize and animate content automatically as you add it, which keeps a hand-edited deck tidy for its whole life. OneCraft's templates constrain structure at generation and at template swap, but within a slot you are on your own.

• Brand control for teams

  Master themes, locked layouts and a shared asset library let a brand team decide what everyone's slides may look like, per Beautiful.ai's own pages. OneCraft's 99 themes are a palette to choose from, not a policy anyone can enforce.

• Viewer analytics

  Beautiful.ai's Pro tier reports views, unique viewers, average view time and completion rate per shared link. OneCraft's share link records nothing, so senders who tune decks on viewing data have a concrete reason to prefer Beautiful.ai or Gamma's Pro analytics.

Where OneCraft is different

• 353 layouts under 26 named roles

  Every slide carries a role, cover, metrics, comparison, persona, pricing and 21 more, and each role owns a family of templates. Swapping templates re-pours the content, so restyling is browsing, not rebuilding. It is a larger and more structured layout system than either competitor states publicly.

• The PowerPoint handoff is the point

  PDF is free, and Starter unlocks PPTX and editable PPTX where text, lists, tables, images and 9 of 10 chart kinds arrive as native objects. Beautiful.ai reserves editable PPTX for its Pro tier and up; Gamma exports PPT without stating chart editability. OneCraft is built for decks that leave for someone else's PowerPoint.

• Presenting without another tool

  Keyboard shortcuts, speaker notes with a pop-out window for the second screen, pen, highlighter and spotlight in five colours, and WebM recording at up to 4K with camera overlay. Neither competitor's public pages itemise an equivalent presenting kit.

• Decks are one output of five

  The same account and credits generate documents, flyers, forms and promo videos, and send contracts for signing. A funding round's deck, one pager and data room documents can come from one login.

Pricing in plain terms

Checked 2 September 2026. Gamma's pricing page lists Free at $0 with 400 credits at signup, Plus at $9 a seat a month billed annually, and Pro at $18 a seat a month billed annually with 4,000 monthly credits. Beautiful.ai lists Pro at $14.50 a month billed annually and Team at $40 a month per user billed annually, with a 14 day trial and no permanent free plan shown. OneCraft lists Free with 100 credits a month, Starter at $8 and Pro at $25. Note that Beautiful.ai's own comparison page quotes its Pro at about $12 a month while its pricing page says $14.50; we quote the pricing page.

Moving across

Into OneCraft: no PPTX import exists, so the paths are pasting the content into a prompt or converting a PDF, which reads text only. Out of OneCraft: the editable PPTX export is the exit ramp, and it keeps charts editable. Gamma imports PDF and PPTX on its free plan and Beautiful.ai round trips through its PowerPoint add-in, so moving into those tools is easier than moving into OneCraft, and this table says so.

What we could not check

Beautiful.ai's pricing page does not state generation inputs or per prompt slide limits, so those cells say not stated. Gamma's homepage does not itemise presenting features. Both vendors' support pages required a real browser to read, and only facts that appeared on a successfully fetched page are quoted, each with the date.

How the OneCraft column was verified

Every OneCraft cell names a row in an internal fact ledger verified against the product's source code: the 353 templates counted on disk, the 10 slide free cap enforced by the backend, the chart kinds that map to native PowerPoint objects, and the read only share link. The absences, PPTX import, collaboration and viewer analytics, are ledger entries too.

Who should stay with Gamma or Beautiful.ai

Stay with Gamma if you want web pages and documents from the same prompt, live collaboration, or import of your existing PPTX decks. Stay with Beautiful.ai if your team hand-edits slides constantly and needs smart layouts, brand enforcement and viewer analytics. OneCraft earns its place when the deck must be generated from a brief and leave as clean, editable PowerPoint.
