Coding bootcamp flyer for a 12 week career change course
A bootcamp flyer has to answer five questions on one page: how long, when, how much, what you can do afterwards, and who teaches. These three are for Forgeline Academy, a fictional provider running a 12 week full stack course four times a year, and the three layouts put those five in three different orders for three different readers.
The 3 designs
The same business laid out three ways, on three templates and three colour themes. Every price, name and time on these was written for this example, so you can judge the layouts on real content rather than placeholder text.

What each layout is doing
The class design is the information sheet: a dark header with the cohort badge, the headline and a photo box, a white body pairing a schedule card with four chevron benefits, and a dark mentor band naming Priya Nair with two credentials. It is the version for an open evening handout, where a reader has five minutes. The poster design is nearly empty by comparison, a near black page with a glowing hero image, one 53 character headline and a footer carrying the dates and the price, and it is the one that works pasted at A3 in a co-working space. The app design sits between them, using a phone mock and a 200 character intro to make the point that week one starts at HTML, which is the fear the other two do not address.
How to adapt these
For a part time evening bootcamp, keep the class layout and change the schedule card to the evenings and the total weeks, then add the weekly hours, because a person keeping their job is calculating the load rather than the calendar. For a free taster session, use the poster layout with the date and the venue and nothing else, since the whole point of a taster is to be easy to say yes to. For a data or UX bootcamp, the app layout adapts directly: change the four projects to the four artefacts a portfolio needs in that field, and keep the cohort size, which is the number every applicant compares.
What makes these work
Price, payment plan, dates and mode in one block
The class design puts $9,800 or $980 x 10 directly under 2 Feb 2027, Mon to Fri full time, 9 AM to 5 PM and ON CAMPUS. Four facts a career changer needs before they will read anything else, in one corner of the page. A bootcamp flyer that puts the price on the back page is asking a reader to fall in love before they can afford it.
The headline names the finish month
"New career by May. 12 weeks, four projects, demo day." The poster design spends its whole 53 character headline on when this ends rather than what it teaches, because a person changing careers is measuring the gap between now and employable. February to April with a demo day in the last week makes May concrete.
The application close date is on all three
15 January 2027, three weeks before the 2 February intake. It sits in the tagline of the class design, in the footer date block of the poster, and in the payment plan feature of the app design. Cohort courses live or die on filling the intake, and a start date without an application deadline gives nobody a reason to apply this week.
Questions people ask
What goes on a bootcamp flyer?
The duration, the start date, the daily commitment, the price with any payment plan, what you can build at the end, who teaches, and when applications close. These three carry all seven between them. The syllabus week by week does not fit and does not help: nobody chooses a bootcamp on the week six topic.
Should I show the price?
Yes, and show the payment plan beside it. $9,800 or $980 x 10 tells two different readers what they need in eleven characters. Hiding a five figure price behind an enquiry form filters out the people who could have paid it and would have, and it fills your inbox with a question you have to answer one at a time.
How do I show outcomes honestly?
Show what the student produces, not an employment percentage you cannot source. These three print four projects, weekly code review and a demo day in front of eleven hiring partners. If you do want to publish outcomes, the Council on Integrity in Results Reporting sets a standard for how bootcamps report them, and vocational regulators have their own marketing rules.
Do I need the instructor on the flyer?
Name them and give one credential. The class design says Priya Nair, twelve years building payments systems, has taught 340 Forgeline students. That is enough for a reader to judge whether the teaching is by a practitioner. A full biography and a photo shoot are website material, and the flyer has better uses for the space.
Which size works for LinkedIn?
LinkedIn Post at 1200 by 627, which every design here has natively because the product reuses the Facebook Post file for LinkedIn at the same aspect. Add a page at that size, check the wide layout still carries the price and the close date, and export that page as a PNG. Instagram Post is native too if you also post square.
Can I make a one page version of the syllabus?
Yes, as a second page. Add a page from the library at the same size, list the twelve weeks on it, and export the flyer as a PDF, which includes every page. PNG and JPG export only the page you are on, so the recruitment page can still go out on its own while the syllabus travels in the PDF.

Tutoring and classes flyer
Three flyers for Meridian Tutoring, a small group centre running since 2016. The revision class flyer goes on school noticeboards and sells ten Saturday mornings of Year 12 Physics from 14 September, capped at eight, in person or online. The masterclass flyer sells a one day Exam Technique intensive on Saturday 27 September, 9am to 3pm. The maths class flyer fills a weekly Tuesday group for Years 9 to 12 from 16 September, one tutor to every four students.
Welcome to the team flyer for a joinery's new cabinet maker
A welcome flyer is written for the existing team, not the new person, so it answers the question the team actually has: who is this, what will they do, and what happens in their first month. These three are for Carrow & Sons Joinery, a fictional workshop that puts a one page welcome on the lunchroom wall and in the team chat for every new starter, and they are all about the same cabinet maker.
Masterclass flyer for a learning hub's one day sessions
A masterclass is a person, so a masterclass flyer gives the expert’s name and one line of credential as much weight as the topic. These three are for Northgate Learning Hub, a fictional provider selling one day sessions between $390 and $590, and each shows a different way to make the teacher the headline without turning the page into a biography.
