3 finished designs
Webinar flyer for an online accounting education company
A webinar flyer has to do one thing a printed event flyer does not: state the time with its zone and make the link the biggest thing after the headline, because the reader is already on a screen. These three are for Ledgerwise, a fictional company that teaches finance to founders over live sessions, and each prints AEDT beside the time and puts the register link in its own block.
The 3 designs
The same business laid out three ways, on three templates and three colour themes. Every price, name and time on these was written for this example, so you can judge the layouts on real content rather than placeholder text.

What each layout is doing
The cash flow design is the fullest: a dark hero with the headline and a 230 character lede, an event strip carrying day, time and platform, then a white band splitting into a speaker column with times and a takeaways column, closing on two pill links. It is the one to post as an image because it survives being read on a phone. The rounds design is the promotional one, with a three step funding roadmap and an events row that can hold three separate run times. The succession design is the quietest and the most premium: a white top zone with a two line headline, then a navy panel with three curriculum rows and a single button, which is what you send to an audience that will not tolerate a hard sell.
How to adapt these
For a paid webinar, put the price where the word Free sits now and add the refund rule in the same block, because a paid webinar with no visible refund line reads as a risk. For a series, keep one template and one theme across every session and change only the headline and the three curriculum rows, so the set reads as one programme in a feed. For a recording promo after the event, swap the date block for the running time, change the button to Watch the recording, and keep the speaker times, since a reader deciding whether to spend an hour wants to know which twenty minutes are the ones they need.
What makes these work
The time zone is printed beside the time on all three
The cash flow design puts "12PM AEDT" in its own event block beside the day and the platform. The rounds design lists three run times, each carrying AEDT, in the events row. The succession design puts "WED 25 NOV 2026, 12:15PM AEDT" directly under the headline. A webinar reaches people in other zones, and a flyer that says 12pm without a zone gets a quarter of its registrations at the wrong hour.
One session, three run times
The rounds design lists Tuesday 6pm, Thursday 12pm and Tuesday 8am for the same sixty minute session. That is three chances to catch someone whose calendar is full, and it costs the flyer one line. The other two run once and say so, which is the honest version when there is only one shot at it.
A running order, not a panel
The cash flow design gives each of its three speakers a start time: 12:00, 12:20 and 12:40. The reader sees a schedule rather than three names in a row, which answers the quiet question behind every multi speaker webinar, namely whether it will run to time. Twenty minutes each also tells a prospective speaker exactly what they are being asked for.
Questions people ask
What goes on a webinar flyer?
The topic, the speakers, the date and time with the time zone, the platform, the price or the word free, and the register link. These three carry all six. Everything else, including the sponsor logos and the full agenda, belongs on the registration page, because a flyer that scrolls past two screens on a phone loses the link at the bottom.
Do I need a printed webinar flyer at all?
Usually not, but you do need the same design at a feed size. Each design here is authored natively at Instagram Post, Instagram Story, Facebook Post, LinkedIn Post, Facebook Cover, Twitter Header and A4 Landscape as well as A4 portrait. Size is set per page, so add a page at Facebook Post and the wide version of the design is swapped in with your speakers and time carried over.
How do I show three speakers?
Give each one a name, a one line role and a start time, as the cash flow design does at 12:00, 12:20 and 12:40. Three names with no times read as a panel, which people assume will overrun. If you have more than three, the honest move is to name the host and say how many speakers there are, rather than shrinking six names to eight point type.
Should I say the session is recorded?
Yes, and say who gets it. Two of these three print that the recording goes to everyone who registers, which lifts registrations from people who cannot attend live. It also sets expectations, because the alternative is a hundred emails after the event asking for a link you were never planning to send.
Which size is right for LinkedIn?
LinkedIn Post at 1200 by 627. Every design here has it natively, because the product reuses the Facebook Post file for LinkedIn at the same aspect ratio. Add a page, choose LinkedIn Post, check the shorter layout has not dropped a line that had no room, and export that page as a PNG.
Can I put a clickable link on the flyer?
No. PNG and JPG are images, and the PDF export embeds a page bitmap for each page, so its text is not selectable or clickable either. That is why all three of these print a short typed URL like ledgerwise.example/cash rather than a long tracked link. If you need a scan, pick one of the 17 designs that ship a QR slot.

Seminar flyer for a business institute's evening talks
A seminar flyer sells a topic and a speaker rather than an agenda, and these three do it for Kestrel Business Institute, a fictional members club that runs free evening talks for members and charges guests $45. Each headline is the talk’s claim, the speaker’s name and credential sit in the first third of the page, and the same price line appears on all three so a member and a guest read the same fact.
Masterclass flyer for a learning hub's one day sessions
A masterclass is a person, so a masterclass flyer gives the expert’s name and one line of credential as much weight as the topic. These three are for Northgate Learning Hub, a fictional provider selling one day sessions between $390 and $590, and each shows a different way to make the teacher the headline without turning the page into a biography.
Conference flyer for an events company's three annual conferences
A conference flyer carries less than a seminar flyer, not more: the name, the dates, the venue, one sentence on who it is for, and the early bird price with its deadline. These three are for Circuit Conferences, a fictional company that runs three industry events a year and sends flyers out eight months ahead, when the programme is still moving and only the date and the price are safe to print.
