Terms
1. Payment. A 50 percent deposit is due with the approved proof and the balance before dispatch. First orders are payable in full before the run.
2. Proof approval. The run starts after written proof approval. Errors in approved artwork, including spelling and colour, are the responsibility of the client.
3. Quantity and colour. Delivered quantity may vary by up to 5 percent and is charged as delivered. Colour is matched to industry standards; an exact match to a screen is not guaranteed.
4. Cancellation. A job cancelled after proof approval is charged for work and materials used to that point.
5. Validity. This quote is valid for 14 days. Paper prices are subject to change after that date.

What does the print quote price?
The print run at $680, artwork preflight and a digital proof at $45 and delivery at $35, for $836 with GST. A hard copy proof at $65 and design amendments at $95 an hour are optional, so a customer who wants a physical proof ticks it on the quote link.
How does the colour clause protect a printer?
