Terms
1. Payment. A 30 percent deposit is due on acceptance and secures the start date. The balance is invoiced on completion and payable within 14 days. Work does not begin until the deposit is received.
2. Changes to scope. Two rounds of changes to the ceremony script are included. Changes to the date or venue are accommodated where I am available and may change the travel fee.
3. Cancellation. The deposit secures your date and is not refundable. If you cancel more than 60 days out, no further payment is due; inside 60 days the full fee is payable.
4. Intellectual property. Ownership of the final deliverables passes to [Client company] on receipt of final payment. [Your company] keeps the right to show the completed work in its portfolio unless asked in writing not to.
5. Legal requirements. The notice of intended marriage must be lodged at least one month before the ceremony and both of you must show original identity documents. I cannot perform the ceremony if the legal requirements are not met in time.
6. Validity. This proposal is valid for 14 days from the date on the cover. Prices after that date may change with notice.
