A Feathery alternative for small business forms
Feathery now describes itself as an AI operating platform for financial services: account openings, underwriting intake, advisor transitions and document automation, with paid plans priced on request. For a small business that just needs good forms, that is a lot of platform. This page compares its free plan and form features with a builder aimed at everyday forms.

OneCraft suits small practices and businesses that want a fact find, intake or consent form generated from a description, with published monthly prices, a response PDF and a signing step.

Where Feathery is better
Built for regulated financial work
Account openings, KYC, underwriting intake and advisor transitions are Feathery's stated focus, with SOC 2 and HIPAA in its plan comparison. OneCraft claims no compliance tier, so a regulated firm has nothing here to show an auditor.
Logic, calculations and APIs
Feathery calculates values, shows steps conditionally and connects to custom APIs inside the form. OneCraft calculates nothing and connects outward only through a single webhook.
Documents both in and out
Document intelligence reads PDFs, images, spreadsheets and audio, and templates fill PDF, Word and Excel files from workflow data. OneCraft reads an attachment only to draft a form and outputs PDF only.
Deep integrations
More than 100 standard and 50 premium integrations reach CRMs, custodians and policy systems. OneCraft forwards responses by webhook and email alert.
Where OneCraft is different
Published prices
Every OneCraft plan has a monthly price on its pricing page, from $0 to $125. Feathery's paid plans are priced on request, which suits enterprise buyers and slows down a two person practice.
A form without a project
Describe the fact find and the generator returns sections, a table for income and expenses, a risk scale and a consent signature in one pass. There is no workflow to design before the first question exists.
Paper that clients recognise
The response PDF is laid out in an editor so it matches the printed fact find advisers already use, and the blank form downloads as a template PDF for clients who prefer pen.

Feathery's pricing page, read on 21 October 2026, lists a Free plan at $0 with unlimited questions and seats, 500 monthly submissions, 5 live forms and a 10 MB file upload limit, and Growth and Business plans at custom pricing with custom limits. Its FAQ says a monthly submission counts one end user once a month even if they resubmit. OneCraft publishes $0, $8, $25 and $125 a month for 100, 500, 1,500 and 7,500 AI credits.
A fact find in each tool
A financial fact find needs household details, a table of income and expenses, assets, goals and consent. On OneCraft the table field draws a fixed number of rows that the client fills, every value is stored as typed, and nothing is totalled. Feathery can calculate totals, validate entries and push the result to a CRM. If the numbers must add up inside the form, that settles it.
When a lighter tool is enough
A sole adviser, a bookkeeper or a mortgage broker who emails a link before a first meeting, prints the answers and files a signed consent does not need a workflow platform. A larger firm onboarding hundreds of clients into custodial accounts does.
How each claim was checked
Feathery facts are quoted from its pricing page and home page as read on 21 October 2026. OneCraft facts cite an internal ledger read from the product source.
Who should stay with Feathery
Stay with Feathery if you are an insurer, broker or wealth manager whose forms connect to custodians, CRMs and underwriting systems, need calculations and API calls, or must sit inside SOC 2 or HIPAA controls. OneCraft does not offer those and does not claim compliance.
Questions people ask
Does Feathery have a free plan?
Yes. Its pricing page lists Free at $0 with unlimited questions and seats, 500 monthly submissions, 5 live forms and a 10 MB upload limit. Growth and Business plans are priced on request. Its pricing FAQ says a credit card is only needed when you upgrade.
Is OneCraft suitable for financial advisers?
For collecting a fact find, a privacy consent or a client intake, yes, and the response can be printed or signed. It is not suitable where forms must calculate, call external systems or sit inside a certified compliance programme, because it offers none of those.
Can a table total income and expenses?
No. A OneCraft table renders a fixed number of rows of plain text inputs and stores what is typed. Totals are worked out after export. Feathery lists dynamic calculations among its form features. Advisers often total the figures in their planning software after import.
What does the free plan limit in each tool?
Feathery's free plan limits submissions to 500 a month and live forms to 5. OneCraft's free plan limits AI generation to 100 credits a month and keeps fillable PDF export and generator attachments for paid plans. Neither free plan is a trial with an end date.
Can clients upload statements?
Yes. A OneCraft upload field takes 1 to 10 files per field, images and PDF only, up to 100 MB each, and uploaded PDFs are merged into the response PDF. Feathery's free plan lists a 10 MB file upload size limit.
