Can members freeze or cancel a membership?
Memberships run as Stripe subscriptions, and members can change their card or cancel in the Stripe billing portal. Freezes are not listed in the product's facts, so ask the agent for the exact rule you need and check the result before publishing.
Can staff see who booked each class?
Yes, through an admin area the agent builds, shown only to people listed in the site_admins table. Bookings are rows in the site's own database, so staff can also export them through the CSV capability. The first admin is created from the owner's contact email.
Does OneCraft send booking reminders?
There is no SMS. Email from a site goes through OneCraft's mail broker, which lets a signed in member receive mail only at their own address, up to 20 an hour, so any reminder flow is something the agent builds and you should test before relying on it.
Can the gym use its own domain?
Yes, on a paid plan: Starter allows 1 custom domain, Pro 5. You add a TXT record and a CNAME, press Verify and a managed certificate is issued, with other live hosts redirecting to the primary domain. The free plan cannot connect a domain.
How much does a generated gym app cost to make?
Generation bills model use at 1 credit per US cent, and exports are free. A measured whole pipeline app generation used 55 to 72 credits, and each Expo test or store build adds 5 credits on a paid plan.
