Three measurements, taken the way the site plan needs them
Length, width and height are asked as three separate number fields rather than a single text box, because a site plan is drawn from numbers and not from a sentence. The paragraph above them does the harder work: measure with the servery hatch open, the awning out and the tow vehicle detached if it stays on site. It ends with the consequence, which is that a truck arriving 700 millimetres wider than declared shifts a whole row at 4pm. That is the detail operators remember when they go out with a tape measure.
The Australian pieces on this form
A mobile food business in Australia registers with a council, usually the one where the truck is garaged, and trades elsewhere under that registration, which is why the field asks for both the number and the issuing council. The gas compliance certificate is the evidence for an LPG installation in a mobile appliance, and the field asks for cylinder test dates as a second document because they are often separate. The site fee is quoted as 180 dollars a night including GST or 8 per cent of takings, whichever is greater, which is the shape most Australian market agreements take.
