Website with a blog you write in the admin

A website with a blog lets the owner publish news, guides and updates without asking a developer, and lets each post be found on its own in search. The work is in a simple editor, drafts that stay hidden until ready, and posts that carry their own titles, descriptions and images.

Posts and categories

Ask for a blog and the AI follows its blog guide: posts with a title, slug, excerpt, body, cover image, author, category, tags, status and publish date, plus their own search title and description, and categories. The blog page lists cards newest first with category chips, twelve at a time; each post page shows the cover, title, date, author, body and related posts.

Writing in the admin

Posts are written in the site's admin area: the title, a slug made from it and editable, a cover upload, the body in Markdown with a live preview beside it, the category, tags and search fields, then Save draft or Publish. Drafts are hidden from visitors by a database rule that the AI tests before it finishes.

Markdown, rendered safely

Post bodies are Markdown, rendered by a small component the AI writes for headings, paragraphs, bold, italic, links, lists, images and quotes. It never injects raw HTML from a post, so a pasted script cannot run on your site.

What search engines see

Each post sets its page title and description from its search fields. The site's pages are prerendered and posts load from the database in the browser, so post text appears after the page loads; content that must rank, such as service pages, belongs in the page content itself. Ask for Article structured data and the AI adds it per post.

Beyond posts

Ask for comments under posts and signed in readers can comment, with moderation. Ask for a newsletter and subscribers get your posts as a newsletter sent from the admin, at most 500 a send. A phone app based on the site gets a News tab with the same posts.

How it works, in three steps

  1. Step 1

    Describe the blog

Say what you will write about, the categories and who writes.

  2. Step 2

    Write the first post

Sign in to the site's admin area, write a post in Markdown, preview it and publish.

  3. Step 3

    Publish the site

On a paid plan, publish; new posts appear without another publish.

Limits worth knowing

Questions people ask

Do I need to publish the site again for each post?

No. Posts live in the site's own database, so a post you publish in the admin appears on the blog at the next page load. You publish the site again only when its pages or design change, which happens through the AI chat.

Can several people write posts?

Yes. Anyone listed as a site admin can write and publish, and each post records an author name. Ask for roles and the AI can let some staff draft while only owners publish. Every change is in the site's own database, not in the code.

Can I schedule posts?

Posts have a publish date, and the blog lists published posts by it. A post set to published with a future date shows when you ask the AI to hide future dates as well; check the result in the preview. There is no background scheduler, so the date is checked when the page loads.

Will blog posts rank in Google?

They can, with good titles, descriptions and useful writing. Because posts load in the browser after the prerendered page, search engines that render JavaScript see them, but less reliably than page text. Keep your most important topics as real pages and use the blog for news and guides.

Can I add images inside a post?

Yes. Markdown images in the body show inside the post, and a cover image sits at the top and on the card. Images you upload go to the site's own storage, up to 10 MB each. Add alt text to every image for readers using screen readers.

Can I move my old blog here?

Ask the AI to add CSV import to the posts table, then export your old posts to a spreadsheet and import them in the admin, with a preview of the first rows before anything is saved. Check formatting afterwards, since other platforms use HTML rather than Markdown.
