Larkfield pricing sheet 2026
Pricing sheet
Three plans, priced per seat, where annual billing is ten months for twelve months of service on every tier. Twelve people on Growth is $6,480 a year before tax, and the sheet shows the working rather than a percentage.
The document, page by page
Every page as it renders and as it prints, with nothing summarised. Read the wording before you reuse it.
Section by section
What each section is for, so you can keep the ones you need and drop the rest.
- Cover
- The product, the pricing model in one line and the date the prices take effect.
- The four pricing facts
- What a seat means, the annual billing rule, the seat minimum and the effective date.
- Plans and prices
- Three tiers with the annual and monthly per seat rate, the yearly cost and the saving a seat.
- A worked example
- Twelve seats on Growth costed both ways, including GST, so the invoice figure is on the page.
- Scheduling and field work
- Seven capability rows across the three tiers, including the job limit that usually bites first.
- Money, data, security and support
- Nine rows covering invoicing, the accounting sync, API access, single sign on, the audit log and the uptime commitment.
- Add ons
- Six add ons with the price, the unit each is sold in and any tier restriction.
- The rules that decide your bill
- Six numbered rules on what a seat is, deactivation, prorating, overage, downgrades and price protection.
- What is not included at any tier
- The four capabilities the product deliberately does not have, named rather than implied.
- Trial, payment and contract
- Trial terms, payment methods, cancellation notice, the data export on the way out and the tax position.
- Which plan fits
- Three team profiles with the plan each points to and the feature that actually decides it.
What makes this document work
The annual saving is a rule, not a percentage
Ten months for twelve, on every plan. That makes $25 against $30, $45 against $54 and $75 against $90 all obey the same arithmetic, and the saving column is exactly two months of the monthly price in each case.
One worked example does more than the table
Twelve seats on Growth: $6,480 a year excluding GST, $648 of tax, $7,128 on the invoice, against $7,776 billed monthly. Real numbers at a real team size answer the question a table leaves open.
Overage does not stop the work
Jobs above the plan limit keep being created and are billed at thirty cents on Starter and twelve on Growth, with an email after two months over rather than an automatic upgrade. Saying so removes the fear that makes buyers over buy.
Questions people ask
What belongs on a pricing sheet?
The unit being priced, every tier with both billing options, what each tier includes, what the add ons cost, and the rules that change the bill. The last group is what buyers actually ask about and what most sheets leave out.
Should prices include GST?
Business software is normally quoted excluding it, with the tax shown separately on the invoice. This sheet says so in the footer, applies it in the worked example so the real invoice figure appears, and repeats the position in the terms.
How should the annual discount be expressed?
As something a buyer can check. A percentage changes with the tier and invites arithmetic. Ten months for twelve is the same promise on every plan, and the saving column turns it into dollars a seat a year.
What should a pricing sheet say it does not do?
Everything a buyer might assume. This one names no on premise install, no white labelling, no out of hours phone support on any plan, and no payroll or stock control, which is more useful in a sales conversation than another feature row.

Rate card
A studio publishes what each role costs by hour, by day and by booked week, then explains the arithmetic between them. A day is seven billable hours inside a seven and a half hour day, and a booked week is ten per cent off five of those.
Wholesale price list
A bakehouse sells to cafes, so the price that matters is the pack price, not the unit price. This list shows both for seventeen products, then the four things that decide what a cafe actually pays: volume, zone, cut off and terms.
Tax invoice
Lantern Creative bills Meridian Property Partners $19,437 for six branding and website lines. Both ABNs are printed, the buyer’s purchase order PO-8842 is quoted, and the due date is 14 days after issue. Everything an accounts payable team checks before paying sits in one block above the table, and the bank details sit under it.
