A voucher does not have to be spent in one go. Spend $110 on the salt and reef ritual and the remaining $40 stays on the same voucher number, ready for the next visit or for retail on the way out. The balance is read out at the till and printed on the receipt, so it never has to be guessed.

Call 07 4099 3300 or book online and enter SM-2026-04812 at the payment step. The therapist and the room are held without any card being charged.

A photograph of this page is enough. The number is what matters, not the paper. Reception matches it against the register before the treatment starts.

Pay any difference at the end
Where the treatment costs more than the balance, the difference is paid at the till by card or cash. Nothing needs to be worked out at the time of booking.

Ask for the balance any time
Reception will read the remaining balance from the voucher number, in person or over the phone. There is no separate account and no login to remember.

Arrive fifteen minutes early
Time enough for tea on the deck and a short health form covering pregnancy, allergies, recent surgery and anything the therapist should avoid. A late arrival shortens the treatment rather than the booking.

The menu is costed against the balance

Six treatments, each showing whether the voucher covers it and what is left either way. A sixty minute massage leaves $15, the ninety minute costs $35 more. Nobody has to work out what $150 buys before they can book.

The expiry is explained, not just stated

Three years is the minimum a gift card sold to a consumer has to carry under Australian consumer law, and the voucher says so with the supply date and the expiry date both on the page. It reads as a right rather than a concession.
