A bakehouse sells to cafes, so the price that matters is the pack price, not the unit price. This list shows both for seventeen products, then the four things that decide what a cafe actually pays: volume, zone, cut off and terms.

What makes this document work
Unit price and pack price both appear
A cafe owner costs a menu from the unit price and pays from the pack price. Showing both, with the pack size between them, removes the arithmetic step where mistakes happen, and every pack price on the list is the unit price multiplied by the pack.
The discount tier is defined, not implied
Weekly spend bands, the discount each earns, and when it applies. The worked example takes a $37.20 pack down to $35.34 at tier 2, so nobody has to ask what five per cent means on their order.
The cut off is treated as part of the price
Everything is baked to order the night before, so 2pm decides whether an order exists at all. That rule, the Monday gap and the Christmas schedule sit in the terms rather than in a phone call.
Questions people ask
What should a wholesale price list include?
A code and description for each product, the pack size, the price per unit and per pack, whether prices include tax, how long the list is held, the minimum order, delivery and freight, and the ordering deadline.
Should wholesale prices include GST?
Trade lists are normally quoted excluding GST, because the buyer claims the credit back. This list says so in the footer, on the first line of the page and again in the terms, and GST is added on the invoice, which is the tax invoice for the supply.
How long should a price list be held for?
Long enough for a customer to plan a menu around it. This one is held for six months, to 28 February 2027, with a stated escape only if flour or butter moves more than fifteen per cent, and thirty days notice before any change.
Where do volume discounts belong?
On the list, with the bands visible. Hiding them turns every order into a negotiation. Here the tier is set by the previous week of invoiced sales and applies to the whole of the next week, so both sides can work it out without a phone call.
