Presentation examples
Whole decks, slide by slide
Every slide in order, including the charts, the pricing tables and the ask. These are written for imaginary but plausible businesses, so the structure is worth copying even when your numbers differ.

Landscaping proposal presentation with a planting plan
A landscaping proposal presentation has to help a family picture the finished garden, show exactly what will be planted, and set out what it costs and how long the yard will be a building site. Fernmoss Landscapes, an invented Australian landscaper, proposes a 154 square metre rear garden for the Whitfield family, an invented client, in nine slides from concept plan to first year of care.

Leadership offsite deck: agenda, pre-reads, decisions
A leadership offsite deck has to make sure everyone arrives knowing the questions, having read the material, and agreeing in advance what decisions the two days must produce. Restlark, an invented booking software company for physiotherapy and massage clinics, sends this deck a week ahead: three questions, six pre-reads totalling 26 pages, and four decisions due by Friday at 16:00.

Leadership team update deck: eight slides every week
A weekly leadership team update has to show, in under half an hour, whether the numbers moved, whether last week's decisions actually happened, and what each executive needs from the others before next Monday. Gantrywell, an invented managed detection company, runs the same eight slides every week, starting from six fixed numbers and ending on three asks with names and dates.

Legaltech pitch deck example for a contract review tool
A legaltech buyer and a legaltech investor both start from the same suspicion, which is that the time saving came from a demo rather than from a firm. Redlark is invented, and its ten slides attach the 92 percent claim to a named pilot and never repeat it without the qualifier.

Lessons learned presentation that names the causes, not the people
Orchard Rollout was a warehouse ERP project planned for 20 weeks that took 26 and cost 12% more than approved. This is the closing review deck: it puts planned against actual on slide two, walks the timeline of what happened, and ends on five lessons each attached to a change the business has already made.

Logistics startup pitch deck built on cost per delivery
A fleet buyer and a logistics investor will both accept exactly one number, and it is the cost of one drop. Routeworks is invented, and its eleven slides carry that number from the cover to the ask, proved on one matched Tuesday rather than on a demo.

Managed IT services sales deck: tiers and response times
A managed IT services sales deck has to show a professional firm three things: what is wrong with its IT today, what each level of support costs per seat and how fast it responds, and why that beats hiring another administrator. Bytewell MSP, an invented provider, pitches Merriot Keane, an invented 60 seat accounting firm, in ten slides built around its busiest season.

Marketing agency pitch deck for a new client
A marketing agency pitch deck has to prove it understands the client's customer better than the last agency did, that it has moved the same numbers for someone similar, and that the first 90 days are planned rather than promised. Quillmoor Agency, an invented agency, pitches Bellcroft Home, an invented 14 store homewares retailer, with a persona, two case studies whose returns can be checked, a day 90 scorecard and two ways to buy.

Marketing plan presentation
A nine slide marketing plan presentation for Ironbark Fitness, an invented chain of nine gyms that has decided to stop discounting its joining fee. The whole plan hangs on one target of 2,400 net new members, and every later slide, from the marketing mix to the $640,000 budget split, is written to earn that number rather than to list activities.

Marketplace pitch deck example that shows both sides on one slide
Paddockshare lets farmers hire idle machinery from neighbours by the day and takes 12% of each booking. The deck spends one slide on each side of the market and one number on how often a search becomes a booking, because liquidity is the thing a marketplace investor is actually funding.

Medical device pitch deck, clearance path and unit economics
A device investor is buying two things at once: a regulatory calendar and a manufacturing cost. Cardia Loop is invented, and its ten slides put the 510(k) dates and the cost of one patch on their own slides rather than leaving either to the appendix.

Monthly business review deck: one page per function
A monthly business review deck has to show the leadership team in minutes where the month landed against plan, which function caused the gap, and what has to be decided before next month. Driftmere Goods, an invented Australian outdoor clothing retailer, reviews April: revenue at 94 percent of plan, new customers and cash ahead, and three decisions with costs attached.

Nonprofit fundraising deck
A twelve slide appeal from Riverkeep, an invented Somerset charity restoring a chalk river, addressed to one named trust rather than to a general audience. It is built the way fundraising consultants build a case for support: one person before any statistic, the need with its sources, seventeen years of track record as a table, then the cost of a single kilometre and a gift table that lets a donor choose their own level.

OKR presentation example: objectives, key results, owners
An OKR presentation has to prove to the team and its manager that the quarter has a few ambitious objectives, each measured by numbers with a start point, a target and one owner. The Get Paid team at Pennaway, an invented invoicing app for tradespeople, scores last quarter at 0.72, then sets three objectives and nine key results for Q1 2027.

Partnership proposal deck
Eleven slides from Marrowbone Coffee Roasters, an invented Sheffield roastery, to Thornbury Bakeries, an invented forty one site chain. It opens on the partner problem rather than on the proposer, puts three partnership models on the table instead of one, states both investments in pounds, and asks for two shops for twelve weeks rather than for an eighteen month signature.

Pet startup pitch deck built around one household
A pet startup pitch deck has to prove that one household pays more each month than it costs to feed, deliver to and replace when it leaves. This example does it for Pawcel, an invented Sydney fresh dog food subscription, with 14,000 households at 88 dollars a month and every cost line shown.

Pitch competition deck: eight slides for five minutes
A pitch competition deck has to prove one idea fast enough that a judge can repeat it after the night, so every slide carries less than an investor deck would. Saltbrook, an invented Byron Bay sunscreen brand, uses eight slides timed to 300 seconds, three numbers and one chart.

Post mortem presentation example: timeline, cause, fixes
A post mortem presentation has to show what happened, who was affected and why, without blaming a person, and leave the room with fixes that have owners and dates. Tallisor, an invented payments company, reviews a 47 minute card payments outage caused by one mistyped setting, traces it through five links in a failure chain, and commits to seven dated remediations.

Pre seed pitch deck
A complete pre seed round for Burrow, an invented veterinary software company with a prototype, three unpaid design partners and no revenue at all. It is built the way pre seed decks are actually built rather than as a shrunken seed deck: the founders arrive on slide two because at this stage the founders are the investment, and the traction chart is replaced by the evidence a pre revenue company can honestly show.

Pricing proposal deck
Eleven slides from Halstead & Rowe, an invented managed IT provider, to Ledbury Housing Association, an invented buyer with 1,400 users across 22 sites. The recommendation is named on slide two and repeated on the option matrix. The comparison is run against what the buyer already spends rather than against a competitor quote, and the exclusions get a slide of their own because that is where a fixed price is actually defended.

Product demo deck
A deck with a hole in the middle. Clausewell is an invented contract review product and Harrowgate Foods an invented buyer, and these twelve slides are the six that come before the live software and the six that come after it. The discovery recap is not a courtesy here, it is the running order for the demo, and the recap table afterwards exists because a live demo leaves no artifact behind.

Product launch presentation
An eight slide product launch presentation for Halo 3, an invented air purifier that fixes the two complaints behind most returns of the previous model. It is an internal deck for marketing, sales and support: what changed, who buys it, an eight row comparison against the shelf, a three phase plan, six targets and a dated checklist.

Product roadmap presentation example: now, next, later
A product roadmap presentation has to prove that every item answers a problem customers actually have, that the near term is dated and the far term is honest about being uncertain, and that people know how to add to it. Crewlantern, an invented onboarding app for frontline employers, puts mobile onboarding first because 71 percent of new hires open it on a phone and only 48 percent of them finish.

Project kickoff deck
A nine slide project kickoff deck for Keystone, an invented rollout replacing four site systems with one platform by March 2027. It opens with why now, draws the scope line on slide three, names an owner for each workstream and ends with five decisions the room must make before anyone leaves.
Describe your deck instead
Tell the generator your topic and audience and it writes and designs the whole deck, which you can then restyle, edit and export to PowerPoint or PDF.
