Flyers, three designs at a time
Each page carries three different flyers for the same job, three templates and three colour themes with their own copy, so you can pick a direction rather than judge one layout in isolation.

Mothers Day flyer
Mothers Day is the busiest day in a florist year and the one where the most goes wrong, because the promise is a bouquet arriving at a particular house on a particular Sunday. Wren & Willow work out of one shop in Thornbury with one van, so the three flyers below split the job: prices on the first, delivery rules on the second, and on the third nothing but the shop, the date and how recently the flowers were cut. All three carry the same four tiers and the same order by date, and none of them promises a delivery hour.

Naturopath flyer example with the initial consult and testing
A naturopath flyer has to set expectations: how long the first consult is, what it costs, what comes after and how testing is handled, because cost surprises are what make people stop seeing a naturopath. These three designs for Rootmyrtle Naturopathy, a fictional clinic on Jonson Street in Byron Bay NSW, print a 75 minute initial consult for $165, 45 minute follow ups for $110, a note that functional testing is explained and costed first, the in house dispensary and ATMS membership.

Notary flyer example with mobile fees and documents
A notary flyer has to say where the notary will go, what each signature costs and what to bring, and in Arizona it must also say what a notary is not allowed to do. These three designs for Saguarink Mobile Notary, a fictional mobile notary in Phoenix, Arizona, promise visits 7 days a week, charge $10 per notarial act, set out travel zones, list the documents handled and carry the statutory notice that the notary is not an attorney.

Occupational therapy flyer for NDIS participants
An occupational therapy flyer for NDIS participants is read closely by people who manage a budget, a participant, a family member or a support coordinator, so it should state the hourly rate, how travel is charged and what the therapist actually does. These three designs for Ladlewise OT, a fictional practice on Crown Street in Wollongong NSW, print NDIS therapy at $193.99 an hour, travel at the $97 provider travel rate, a travel zone from Helensburgh to Kiama, home assessments, equipment prescription, and support for kids and adults.

Open day flyer for a vocational college
Open day visitors arrive with one of three questions, what can I study, why here, and what happens on the day, and rarely all three. These flyers sell the same Saturday three ways for Bellweather College, a fictional provider teaching trades, nursing and hospitality to 2,200 students, and each one answers a different question while carrying the same date, time and campus.

Open house flyer
One Saturday in Carlton, two homes, three flyers from Halloran Property. The listing sheet for 41 Cardigan Street goes in the front window and into buyers hands at 11am, with four facts under the photo: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, rear parking, 312 sqm block. The second sheet sends them to 9 Drummond Street at 12pm, four streets away, with the rates, the 2023 roof and a price guide of $1.15M to $1.25M. The third tells them what to bring so an offer can be made the same afternoon.

Optometrist flyer for bulk billed eye tests and a frames offer
An optometrist flyer competes with chain stores on two promises, a free eye test and a cheap second pair, so it has to say exactly when the test is bulk billed and exactly what the second pair offer covers. These three designs for Lenscane Optometry, a fictional practice on Victoria Street in Mackay QLD, print bulk billed tests for Medicare card holders, second pair half price with its conditions, children seen from age 3, contact lens fitting from $90 and HICAPS claims.

Pest control flyer with a termite inspection offer
A pest control flyer has a deadline built in: termites do the damage while nobody is looking, so the flyer has to give a reason to book this month. These three designs for Banksia Barrier Pest Solutions, a fictional Perth business, offer a $149 termite inspection until Saturday 31 October 2026 and print the general pest price beside it.

Pharmacy flyer for flu shots, scripts and medication packs
A pharmacy flyer is read by people who already have a reason to come in, so it should answer the practical questions: do I need to book, what does it cost, and when are you open. These three designs for Mortarwood Compounding Pharmacy, a fictional chemist on Macquarie Street in Dubbo NSW, say flu shots are walk in, free for people eligible under the National Immunisation Program and $25 for everyone else, and list weekly medication packs, free delivery within 10 km, compounding and the opening hours.

Photographer flyer example with family, newborn and event rates
A photographer flyer is the one flyer where the picture does half the selling, but the prices and the turnaround do the other half. These three designs for Gullhaven Photography, a fictional studio in Wollongong NSW, show a family session at $350 with 20 edited images, a newborn session at $450, events at $220 an hour, a 10 day turnaround and optional print packages.

Physiotherapy flyer with session prices and the conditions treated
A physiotherapy flyer has to tell someone with a sore back three things before they put it down: that this clinic treats their problem, what the first visit costs, and that they can book without a GP referral. These three designs for Tendonbrook Physio, a fictional clinic in Parramatta NSW, print an initial assessment at $110, follow ups at $85, HICAPS claiming on the spot and the conditions the physios treat.

Pilates flyer with a reformer intro pack and small classes
A pilates flyer sells two things at once, a cheap way to try reformer and a reason to stay, so it needs the intro price, the class size and what membership costs afterwards. These three designs for Springcarriage Pilates, a fictional reformer studio on Smith Street in Fitzroy, Melbourne, print 3 reformer classes for $60, eight beds a class, memberships at $199 a month or $65 a week, physio designed classes, and pregnancy and postnatal reformer.

Plasterer flyer for repairs, ceilings and new builds
A plasterer flyer has two audiences: homeowners with one cracked ceiling and builders with a whole house to sheet, and the first group is the one that reads letterboxes. These three designs for Corniceworth Plastering, a fictional Wollongong crew, lead with patch repairs from $180 a room and dust controlled sanding, then list ceilings, cornice and fit outs.

Plumber flyer for a licensed local plumbing business
A plumber’s flyer is read at the moment something is leaking, so the reader is deciding whether to trust a stranger in the next ten minutes. These three are for Pipewright Plumbing, a fictional two van business that letterboxes 5,000 homes a quarter, and every one prints the licence number, the insurance cover and a call-out price rather than asking the reader to call for a quote.

Podiatrist flyer with orthotics, nail care and NDIS
A podiatrist flyer works best when it starts with the problem a reader has, heel pain, sore nails, diabetes, and then shows the price of fixing it and who can claim. These three designs for Solebarwon Podiatry, a fictional clinic on Pakington Street in Geelong West VIC, use the headline "Heel pain is not normal" and print a $520 custom orthotics package, $75 general care, diabetic foot checks with the Medicare rebate, NDIS and DVA clients and home visits.

Pool service flyer with weekly plans and a green pool rescue
A pool service flyer reaches two very different readers: someone with a green pool before a party, and someone who wants never to think about the pool again. These three designs for Saltcell Pool Care, a fictional Gold Coast business, lead with a green to clean rescue in five days and print weekly care at $49 a visit, chemicals included.

Pop up shop flyer
Saltmarsh Ceramics has a Bannister Street shopfront for eleven days and one chance to fill it. The three flyers here answer the three questions a passer by has, in the order they ask them: when is it on, what is it, and can I get there on a Sunday. The last of those is not a throwaway, because a pop up in the Perth metropolitan area sits under the same retail trading hours as any other shop.

Pressure washing flyer for driveways, decks and roofs
A pressure washing flyer sells a result people can see from the street, so the most persuasive thing on it is a before and after. These three designs for Quillback Pressure Washing, a fictional Tampa company, pair an oil stained slab with a clean driveway, start at $149 and offer a driveway and house wash bundle for $399, saving $49.

Product drop flyer
Ninepin Supply makes 120 jackets from one roll of cloth and then stops. A drop flyer for that has an unusual job, because the scarcity is real and has to be stated in a way a reader can check. One flyer is a single garment on a rail. One is a lookbook with the thirty day return promise printed at the bottom. The third is the rules: doors at 10am, two per person, no rainchecks.

Product launch flyer
Bellbird Pantry has one carton to introduce and two very different audiences to introduce it to. A cafe owner wants to know whether it splits at 65 degrees. A shopper wants to know what is in it. The three flyers here split that job: an editorial poster with a single claim, a range sheet that lays out four lines for a buyer, and a page that walks through the three blocks on the back of the pack.

Property for sale flyer for a four bedroom family home
A for sale flyer carries five facts, bedrooms and bathrooms, land size, the price guide, the inspection times and the agent, and the layout question is how much room is left for photos once those five are on the page. These three are for Marlow & Reid, a fictional agency dropping flyers to 600 neighbouring homes the week 14 Kestrel Court goes live.

Psychologist flyer with Medicare rebates and telehealth sessions
A psychologist flyer has one hard job: telling a worried person what they will actually pay, because "Medicare rebates available" leaves them guessing about the gap. These three designs for Stillwren Psychology, a fictional practice in Ballarat VIC, state the session fee of $230 and the Medicare rebate of $101.55 separately, the $128.45 out of pocket, how the GP plan works, telehealth, the usual wait and the areas the psychologists see.

Recruitment agency flyer for employers, with fee and guarantee
A recruitment agency flyer aimed at employers has to answer the two things a hiring manager fears: how much it costs and what happens if the hire leaves. These three designs for Benchmarra Recruitment, a fictional Sydney NSW agency for permanent roles, print a 15% fee plus GST, a shortlist within 5 days, a promise to place within 21 days or charge nothing, and a 6 month replacement guarantee.

Removalist flyer example with hourly rates and truck sizes
A removalist flyer is compared side by side with three others, so the hourly rate has to be clear and the things that inflate a bill have to be printed. These three designs for Hatbox Removals, a fictional Melbourne business, start at two movers and a truck for $130 an hour and state the truck sizes, the extras and the weekend surcharge.
