Flyers, three designs at a time
Each page carries three different flyers for the same job, three templates and three colour themes with their own copy, so you can pick a direction rather than judge one layout in isolation.

Open house flyer
One Saturday in Carlton, two homes, three flyers from Halloran Property. The listing sheet for 41 Cardigan Street goes in the front window and into buyers hands at 11am, with four facts under the photo: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, rear parking, 312 sqm block. The second sheet sends them to 9 Drummond Street at 12pm, four streets away, with the rates, the 2023 roof and a price guide of $1.15M to $1.25M. The third tells them what to bring so an offer can be made the same afternoon.

Pop up shop flyer
Saltmarsh Ceramics has a Bannister Street shopfront for eleven days and one chance to fill it. The three flyers here answer the three questions a passer by has, in the order they ask them: when is it on, what is it, and can I get there on a Sunday. The last of those is not a throwaway, because a pop up in the Perth metropolitan area sits under the same retail trading hours as any other shop.

Product drop flyer
Ninepin Supply makes 120 jackets from one roll of cloth and then stops. A drop flyer for that has an unusual job, because the scarcity is real and has to be stated in a way a reader can check. One flyer is a single garment on a rail. One is a lookbook with the thirty day return promise printed at the bottom. The third is the rules: doors at 10am, two per person, no rainchecks.

Product launch flyer
Bellbird Pantry has one carton to introduce and two very different audiences to introduce it to. A cafe owner wants to know whether it splits at 65 degrees. A shopper wants to know what is in it. The three flyers here split that job: an editorial poster with a single claim, a range sheet that lays out four lines for a buyer, and a page that walks through the three blocks on the back of the pack.

Sale flyer
Wick & Loom is a linen and homewares shop with one ten day sale to advertise, and here it is as three separate flyers. Same dates, same stock, three ways of putting it: one that opens with a photograph of a made bed, one that lays four products out with the old price beside the new one, and one plain sheet that hands the customer the conditions in readable type.

Salon price list flyer
Three price flyers for Marlow Studio, one hair salon on Ardwick Lane, cutting the same list three ways. The photo sheet sits at reception with four services on it, from a $45 bond treatment to $210 half head foils, under the line Every price includes the finish. The full table prices every appointment length, from a 30 minute fringe trim at $48 to 150 minutes of balayage at $310, held until 31 December 2026. The third sheet prices the same cut and finish at three stylist levels, $95, $125 and $165. Every figure on the three agrees.

School event flyer
Three flyers for the Brookvale Primary P&C Spring Fair on Saturday 20 September, each aimed at a different reader. The first goes home in the school bag with the date, 10am to 3pm on the oval, free entry, a $25 ride pass and six timed events. The second is the printed program handed out at the gate, thirteen rows of time, what and where. The third goes to stall holders, who have to apply by 29 August, with sites from $45 and the insurance and food registration a stall needs.

Summer sale flyer
Tallow Bay Surf Supply runs one three week sale before Christmas and has to say so without inventing a discount. The first flyer is a poster with two photographs and a single number. The second lists three products with the price each one actually sold at through October and November. The third does something almost nobody does on a sale flyer and explains what a was price and an up to figure are allowed to mean.

Tutoring and classes flyer
Three flyers for Meridian Tutoring, a small group centre running since 2016. The revision class flyer goes on school noticeboards and sells ten Saturday mornings of Year 12 Physics from 14 September, capped at eight, in person or online. The masterclass flyer sells a one day Exam Technique intensive on Saturday 27 September, 9am to 3pm. The maths class flyer fills a weekly Tuesday group for Years 9 to 12 from 16 September, one tutor to every four students.

Valentines Day flyer
Three Valentines flyers for a Hobart jeweller who makes what it sells. The first puts one ring and one price on the page, the second photographs four gifts from $260 to $980 with the lead time on each, and the third sells the made to order ring in three finishes. Every price appears on more than one sheet and they agree.

Weekly deals flyer
Ferngate Meats rewrites its board every Monday at 7am, which means the flyer has to be reprintable in ten minutes and readable from the footpath. Three versions do it differently: a photo led sheet that explains how the week works, a four panel grid that puts a price per kilogram against every category, and an explainer that teaches a shopper to buy on the small number rather than the big one.

Winter sale flyer
Kestrel Ridge Outfitters sells insulation to a town that sits at 435 metres, and its stocktake runs four days over the Kings Birthday long weekend. One flyer splits the shop into four categories with a discount against each. One works as a checklist of what a June kit actually contains. The third exists because the holiday falls on a different date in almost every state and the shop would rather print the Victorian one than assume.
