Notice of termination, cleaning contract [Contract number]
Dear [Recipient name], [Your company] gives notice under clause 14.2 of contract [Contract number] that it is ending the cleaning services at our four stores. Clause 14.2 lets either party end the contract for any reason on 60 days written notice, and this letter is that notice. The contract ends after the last clean on [Effective date], and until then services run in full and are invoiced as normal.
This is a termination for convenience, not a complaint. Your crews have been reliable for four years. Please complete the handover below before that last clean.
Send your final invoice by [Date] for work to [Effective date]. We will pay it within 14 days of receipt rather than the usual 30, and the current monthly invoice will be paid on its normal date. No termination fee is payable under clause 14.2, and nothing in this letter waives a right either party has for work already done., , Yours sincerely,
